ُؤْمِنَاتِ وَ مَا تَوَالَدُوا ذُنُوبَنَا كُلَّهَا صَغِيرَهَا وَ كَبِيرَهَا وَ أَنْ تَخْتِمَ لَنَا بِالصَّالِحَاتِ وَ أَنْ تَقْضِيَ لَنَا الْحَاجَاتِ وَ الْمُهِمَّاتِ وَ صَالِحَ الدُّعَاءِ وَ الْمَسْأَلَةَ فَاسْتَجِبْ لَنَا بِحَقِّ مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ آمِينَ آمِينَ آمِينَ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ كَانَ لَا حَوْلَ وَ لَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ- سُبْحانَ رَبِّكَ رَبِّ الْعِزَّةِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ- وَ سَلامٌ عَلَى الْمُرْسَلِينَ وَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعالَمِينَ-. وَ مُدَّ يَدَيْكَ وَ مَيِّلْ عُنُقَكَ عَلَى مَنْكِبِكَ الْأَيْسَرِ وَ ابْكِ أَوْ تَبَاكَ وَ قُلْ يَا لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ أَسْأَلُكَ بِحَقِّ مَنْ حَقُّهُ عَلَيْكَ عَظِيمٌ بِلَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ أَسْأَلُكَ بِلَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ
أَسْأَلُكَ بِبَهَاءِ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ يَا لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ أَسْأَلُكَ بِجَلَالِ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ يَا لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ أَسْأَلُكَ بِجَمَالِ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ يَا لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ أَسْأَلُكَ بِنُورِ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ يَا لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ أَسْأَلُكَ بِكَمَالِ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ يَا لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ
أَسْأَلُكَ بِعِزَّةِ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ يَا لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ أَسْأَلُكَ بِعِظَمِ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ يَا لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ أَسْأَلُكَ بِقَوْلِ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ يَا لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ أَسْأَلُكَ بِشَرَفِ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ يَا لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ
أَسْأَلُكَ بِعَلَاءِ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ يَا لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ أَسْأَلُكَ بِلَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ يَا لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ يَا رَبَّاهْ يَا رَبَّاهْ يَا رَبَّاهْ حَتَّى يَنْقَطِعَ النَّفَسُ
أَسْأَلُكَ يَا سَيِّدِي تَقُولُ ذَلِكَ وَ أَنْتَ مَادٌّ يَدَيْكَ مُثَنٍّ عُنُقَكَ عَلَى مَنْكِبِكَ الْأَيْسَرِ يَا اللَّهُ يَا رَبَّاهْ حَتَّى يَنْقَطِعَ النَّفَسُ
يَا سَيِّدَاهْ يَا مَوْلَاهْ يَا غِيَاثَاهْ يَا مَلْجَآهْ يَا مُنْتَهَى غَايَةِ رَغْبَتَاهْ يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَ أَسْأَلُكَ فَلَيْسَ كَمِثْلِكَ شَيْءٌ وَ أَسْأَلُكَ بِكُلِّ دَعْوَةٍ مُسْتَجَابَةٍ دَعَاكَ بِهَا نَبِيٌّ مُرْسَلٌ أَوْ مَلَكٌ مُقَرَّبٌ أَوْ عَبْدٌ مُؤْمِنٌ امْتَحَنْتَ قَلْبَهُ لِلْإِيمَانِ وَ اسْتَجَبْتَ دَعْوَتَهُ مِنْهُ
وَ أَتَوَجَّهُ إِلَيْكَ بِمُحَمَّدٍ نَبِيِّكَ نَبِيِّ الرَّحْمَةِ وَ أُقَدِّمُهُ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ حَوَائِجِي يَا مُحَمَّدُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ بِأَبِي أَنْتَ وَ أُمِّي أَتَوَجَّهُ بِكَ إِلَى رَبِّكَ وَ رَبِّي وَ أُقَدِّمُكَ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ حَوَائِجِي
يَا رَبَّاهْ يَا رَبَّاهْ يَا رَبَّاهُ أَسْأَلُكَ بِكَ فَلَيْسَ كَمِثْلِكَ شَيْءٌ وَ أَتَوَجَّهُ إِلَيْكَ بِمُحَمَّدٍ حَبِيبِكَ وَ بِعِتْرَتِه
his year! O Allah-azwj! If my sins have distorted my face in Your-azwj Presence and formed a barrier between me and Your-azwj, or changed my situation in Your-azwj Presence, so I hereby ask You‑azwj by the Light of Your-azwj Honourable Face which does not extinguish, and by the face of Your-azwj beloved Muhammad-saww the Chosen, and by the face of Your-azwj Guardian Ali-asws the Selected, and by the rights of Your-azwj Guardians, those You-azwj have Selected them-asws! Send Salawaat upon Muhammad-saww and Progeny-asws of Muhammad-saww, and for Forgive for me and for my parents and what they have begotten, and for the believing men and the believing women and what they have begotten, all of our sins, their minor and their major, and to End for us with the righteous deeds, and to Fulfil for us the needs and the important matters, and the righteous supplication and the requests, so Answer to us by the right of Muhammad-saww and his-saww Progeny-asws! O Allah-azwj! Send Salawaat upon Muhammad-saww and Progeny-asws of Muhammad-saww, Ameen, Ameen, Ameen! Whatever Allah-azwj Desires, happens! There is neither might nor strength except with Allah-azwj! Glorious is your Lord, the Lord of Might, from what they are ascribing [37: 180] And greetings be upon the Rasool’s [37: 181] And the Praise is for Allah, Lord of the Worlds [37: 182]! ’’[13]
And extend your hand and incline your neck upon your left shoulder and cry or pretend to cry and say, ‘O there is no god except You-azwj! I ask You-azwj by the right of the one whose right upon You-azwj is might, by ‘there is no god except You-azwj’! I ask You-azwj by ‘there is no god except You-azwj’! I ask You-azwj by the splendour of ‘there is no god except You-azwj’, O there is no god except You-azwj! I ask You-azwj by the majesty of ‘there is no god except You-azwj’, O there is no god except You-azwj! I ask You-azwj by the beauty of ‘there is no god except You-azwj! ’, O there is no god except You-azwj. I ask You-azwj by the Perfection of ‘there is no god except You-azwj’, O there is no god except You-azwj! I ask You-azwj by the might of ‘there is no god except You-azwj’, O there is no god except You‑azwj! I ask You-azwj by the magnificence of ‘there is no god except You-azwj’, O there is no god except You-azwj! I ask You-azwj by the words ‘there is no god except You-azwj’, O there is no god except You-azwj! I ask You-azwj by the nobility of ‘there is no god except You-azwj’, O there is no god except You-azwj! I ask You-azwj by exaltedness of ‘there is no god except Allah-azwj’, O there is no god except You-azwj! I ask You-azwj by ‘there is no god except Allah-azwj’, O there is no god except You-azwj! O Lord-azwj, O Lord-azwj, O Lord-azwj! ’ – until the breath is cut. ‘I ask You-azwj, O my Chief! ’ – saying that while you are extending your hands, lowering your neck upon your left shoulder – ‘O Allah-azwj! O Lord-azwj! ’ – until the breath is cut. O Chief, O Master, O Helper, O Shelter, O Ultimate desire, O most Merciful of the merciful ones! I ask You-azwj for there isn’t anything like You-azwj, and I ask You-azwj with every supplication which was Answered with for a Sent Prophet-as, or Angel of Proximity, or a Momin servant whose heart You-azwj Tested for the Eman, and You-azwj
