تَفْرِيطٍ وَ كُلَّ جَهْلٍ وَ كُلَّ عَمْدٍ وَ كُلَّ خَطَاءٍ دَخَلَ عَلَيَّ فِي شَهْرِي هَذَا وَ فِي صَوْمِي لَهُ وَ فِي فَرْضِكَ عَلَيَّ وَ هَبْهُ لِي وَ تَصَدَّقْ بِهِ عَلَيَّ وَ تَجَاوَزْ لِي عَنْهُ يَا غَايَةَ كُلِّ رَغْبَةٍ وَ يَا مُنْتَهَى كُلِّ مَسْأَلَةٍ
وَ اقْبَلْنِي مِنْ وَجْهِي هَذَا وَ قَدْ عَظَّمْتَ فِيهِ جَائِزَتِي وَ أَجْزَلْتَ فِيهِ عَطِيَّتِي وَ كَرَّمْتَ فِيهِ حِبَائِي وَ تَفَضَّلْتَ عَلَيَّ بِأَفْضَلَ مِنْ رَغْبَتِي وَ أَعْظَمَ مِنْ مَسْأَلَتِي: يَا إِلَهِي يَا اللَّهُ يَا اللَّهُ يَا اللَّهُ يَا اللَّهُ يَا اللَّهُ الَّذِي لَيْسَ كَمِثْلِكَ شَيْءٌ وَ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَ اغْفِرْ لِي ذُنُوبِي الْعَمْدَ مِنْهَا وَ الْخَطَاءَ فِي هَذَا الْيَوْمِ وَ فِي هَذِهِ السَّاعَةِ
يَا رَبَّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَ وَلِيَّهُ افْعَلْ ذَلِكَ بِي وَ تُبْ بِمَنِّكَ وَ فَضْلِكَ وَ رَأْفَتِكَ وَ رَحْمَتِكَ عَلَيَّ تَوْبَةً نَصُوحاً لَا أَشْقَى بَعْدَهَا أَبَداً
يَا اللَّهُ يَا اللَّهُ يَا اللَّهُ يَا اللَّهُ يَا اللَّهُ يَا اللَّهُ يَا اللَّهُ لَكَ الْأَمْثَالُ الْعُلْيَا وَ الْأَسْمَاءُ الْحُسْنَى أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الشَّكِّ بَعْدَ الْيَقِينِ وَ الْكُفْرِ بَعْدَ الْإِيمَانِ
يَا إِلَهِي اغْفِرْ لِي يَا إِلَهِي تَفَضَّلْ عَلَيَّ يَا إِلَهِي تُبْ عَلَيَّ يَا إِلَهِي ارْحَمْنِي يَا إِلَهِي ارْحَمْ فَقْرِي يَا إِلَهِي ارْحَمْ ذُلِّي يَا إِلَهِي ارْحَمْ مَسْكَنَتِي يَا إِلَهِي ارْحَمْ عَبْرَتِي يَا إِلَهِي لَا تُخَيِّبْنِي وَ أَنَا أَدْعُوكَ وَ لَا تُعَذِّبْنِي وَ أَنَا أَرْجُوكَ
وَ أَنَا أَسْتَغْفِرُكَ اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ قُلْتَ لِنَبِيِّكَ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ السَّلَامُ- وَ ما كانَ اللَّهُ لِيُعَذِّبَهُمْ وَ أَنْتَ فِيهِمْ وَ ما كانَ اللَّهُ مُعَذِّبَهُمْ وَ هُمْ يَسْتَغْفِرُونَ
أَسْتَغْفِرُكَ يَا رَبِّ وَ أَتُوبُ إِلَيْكَ أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ مِنْ جَمِيعِ ذُنُوبِي كُلِّهَا مَا تَعَمَّدْتُ مِنْهَا وَ مَا أَخْطَأْتُ وَ مَا حَفِظْتُ وَ مَا نَسِيتُ
اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ قُلْتَ لِنَبِيِّكَ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ الصَّلَاةُ وَ السَّلَامُ- وَ إِذا سَأَلَكَ عِبادِي عَنِّي فَإِنِّي قَرِيبٌ أُجِيبُ دَعْوَةَ الدَّاعِ إِذا دَعانِ فَلْيَسْتَجِيبُوا لِي وَ لْيُؤْمِنُوا بِي لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْشُدُونَ
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَدْعُوكَ كَمَا أَمَرْتَنِي فَاسْتَجِبْ لِي كَمَا وَعَدْتَنِي إِنَّكَ لا تُخْلِفُ الْمِيعادَ
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْأَوْصِيَاءِ الْمَرْضِيِّينَ بِأَفْضَلِ صَلَوَاتِكَ وَ بَارِكْ عَلَيْهِمْ بِأَفْضَلِ بَرَكَاتِكَ وَ أَدْخِلْنِي فِي كُلِّ خَيْرٍ أَدْخَلْتَهُمْ فِيهِ وَ أَخْرِجْنِي مِنْ كُلِّ سُوءٍ أَخْرَجْتَهُمْ مِنْهُ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَ الْآخِرَةِ يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَ
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُح
nd every deliberate, and every mistake entered upon me during this month of mine, and in my fasting of it, and regarding Your-azwj obligation upon me, and Grant to me and Donate with it upon me, and Overlook it from me, O Peak of every desire, and O Ultimate of every request! And Accept me from this aspect of mine and You-azwj have Magnified my Rewards in it, and have Made my Grants plentiful in it, and Honoured my Gifts in it, and Graced upon me with best of my desires, and mighty ones from my requests! O my God-azwj! O Allah-azwj! O Allah-azwj! O Allah-azwj! O Allah-azwj! O Allah-azwj Who, there isn’t anything like You-azwj, and Send Salawaat upon Muhammad-saww and Progeny-asws of Muhammad-saww, and Forgive my sins for me, the deliberate (ones) from these and the mistakes, during this day and at this time! O Lord-azwj of everything and its Guardian! Do that with me and Turn with Your-azwj Conferment, and Your-azwj Grace, and Your-azwj Kindness, and Your-azwj Mercy upon me with sincere repentance, so I will not be miserable after it, ever! O Allah-azwj! O Allah-azwj! O Allah-azwj! O Allah-azwj! O Allah-azwj! O Allah-azwj! O Allah-azwj! For You‑azwj are the lofty examples, and the excellent Names! I seek Refuge with You-azwj from the doubt after the certainty, and the Kufr after the Eman! O my God-azwj, Forgive for me! O my God-azwj, Grace upon me! O my God-azwj, Turn to me! O my God-azwj, Mercy me! O my God-azwj, Mercy my poverty! O my God-azwj, Mercy my disgrace! O my Grace, Mercy my neediness! O my God-azwj, Mercy my tears! O my God-azwj, do not disappoint me, and I am supplicating to You-azwj nor Punish me and I am hoping to You-azwj! And O Allah-azwj, I seek Refuge with You-azwj, to You-azwj! You-azwj Said to Your-azwj Prophet-saww, may the Greeting be upon him-saww and his-saww Progeny-asws: And Allah was not going to Punish them while you were among them, nor would Allah Punish them while they are seeking Forgiveness [8: 33]. I seek Your-azwj Forgiveness O Lord-azwj and I repent to you-azwj! I seek Forgiveness of Allah-azwj! I seek Forgiveness of Allah-azwj from entirety of my sins, all of them, whatever I have deliberated from these and what I have erred, and what I have memorised and what I have forgotten! O Allah-azwj! You-azwj Said to Your-azwj Prophet-saww, may the Salawaat be upon him-saww and his-saww Progeny-asws, and the Greeting: And when My servants ask you about Me, I am near; I Answer the supplication of the suppliant when he supplicates to Me; so let them answer to Me and let them believe in me, perhaps they would be rightly Guided [2: 186]. O Allah-azwj! I supplicate to You-azwj just as You-azwj have Commanded me so You-azwj would Respond to me just as You-azwj have Promised me, surely You do not break the Promise’ [3: 194]. O Allah-azwj! Send Salawaat upon Muhammad-saww and Progeny-asws of Muhammad-saww, the successors-asws, the ones satisfactory, with best of Your-azwj Salawaat, and Bless upon them with best of Your-azwj Blessings, and Insert me into every good You-azwj have Inserted them-asws into, and Extract me from every evil You-azwj have Extracted them-asws from, in the world and the Hereafter, O most Merciful of the merciful ones! O Allah-azwj! Send Salawaat upon Muhammad-saww and Progeny
