ْلَمُوا
وَ لَا فِي أَفْنِيَةِ الْمَسَاجِدِ أَرْبَعُونَ ذِرَاعاً فِي أَرْبَعِينَ ذِرَاعاً لِأَنَّهَا حَرَمٌ وَ لَهَا حَرِيمٌ لِقَوْلِ الصَّادِقِ ع حَرِيمُ الْمَسَاجِدِ أَرْبَعُونَ ذِرَاعاً فِي أَرْبَعِينَ ذِرَاعاً
وَ لَا تَحْتَ شَجَرَةٍ مُثْمِرَةٍ لِقَوْلِ الصَّادِقِ ع مَا مِنْ ثَمَرَةٍ وَ لَا شَجَرَةٍ وَ لَا غَرْسَةٍ إِلَّا وَ مَعَهَا مَلَكٌ يُسَبِّحُ اللَّهَ وَ يُقَدِّسُهُ وَ يُهَلِّلُهُ فَلَا يَجُوزُ ذَلِكَ لِعِلَّةِ الْمَلَكِ الْمُوَكَّلِ بِهَا وَ لِئَلَّا يُسْتَخَفَّ بِمَا أَحَلَّ اللَّهُ وَ لَا عَلَى الثِّمَارِ لِهَذِهِ الْعِلَّةِ
وَ لَا عَلَى جَوَادِّ الطَّرِيقِ وَ الْعِلَّةُ فِيهِ أَنَّهُ رُبَّمَا وَطِئَهُ النَّاسُ فِي ظُلْمَةِ اللَّيْلِ وَ لَا فِي بَيْتٍ يُصَلَّى فِيهِ وَ الْعِلَّةُ فِيهِ أَنَّ الْمَلَائِكَةَ لَا يَدْخُلُونَ ذَلِكَ الْبَيْتَ
فَهَذِهِ حُدُودُ الِاسْتِنْجَاءِ وَ عِلَلُهَا. 54 فَلَاحُ السَّائِلِ، بِإِسْنَادِهِ عَنْ هَارُونَ بْنِ مُوسَى التَّلَّعُكْبَرِيِّ رِضْوَانُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِمْ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ شَيْبَانَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ الْبَطَائِنِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ: إِذَا دَخَلْتَ إِلَى الْمَخْرَجِ وَ أَنْتَ تُرِيدُ الْغَائِطَ فَقُلْ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَ بِاللَّهِ أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الْخَبِيثِ الْمُخْبِثِ الرِّجْسِ النِّجْسِ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ. 55 جُنَّةُ الْأَمَانِ، رَأَيْتُ فِي بَعْضِ كُتُبِ أَصْحَابِنَا أَنَّ رَجُلًا جَاءَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ص وَ شَكَا إِلَيْهِ الشِّدَّةَ وَ الْعُسْرَ وَ الْحُزْنَ فِي جَمِيعِ الْأَحْوَالِ وَ كَثْرَةَ الْهُمُومِ وَ تَعَسُّرَ الرِّزْقِ فَقَالَ ص لَعَلَّكَ تَسْتَعْمِلُ مِيرَاثَ الْهُمُومِ
فَقَالَ وَ مَا مِيرَاثُ الْهُمُومِ
قَالَ لَعَلَّكَ تَتَعَمَّمُ مِنْ قُعُودٍ أَوْ تَتَسَرْوَلُ مِنْ قِيَامٍ أَوْ تَقْلِمُ أَظْفَارَكَ بِسِنِّكَ أَوْ تَمْسَحُ وَجْهَكَ بِذَيْلِكَ أَوْ تَبُولُ فِي مَاءٍ رَاكِدٍ أَوْ تَنَامُ مُنْبَطِحاً عَلَى وَجْهِكَ الْخَبَرَ. 56 مَجْمُوعُ الدَّعَوَاتِ، لِابْنِ التَّلَّعُكْبَرِيِّ فِي حَدِيثٍ عَنِ الصَّادِقِ ع فِي نَقْشِ الْحَدِيدِ الصِّينِيِّ قَالَ وَ احْذَرْ عَلَيْهِ مِنَ النَّجَاسَةِ وَ الزُّهُومَةِ وَ دُخُولِ الْحَمَّامِ وَ الْخَلَاءِ الْخَبَرَ.
