مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ فِي رَجُلٍ أَخَذَ عَشَرَةَ أَرْطَالٍ مِنْ عَصِيرِ الْعِنَبِ فَصَبَّ عَلَيْهِ عِشْرِينَ رِطْلًا مَاءً وَ طَبَخَهَا حَتَّى ذَهَبَ مِنْهُ عِشْرُونَ رِطْلًا وَ بَقِيَ عَشَرَةُ أَرْطَالٍ أَ يَصْلُحُ شُرْبُ ذَلِكَ أَمْ لَا فَقَالَ مَا طُبِخَ عَلَى ثُلُثِهِ فَهُوَ حَلَالٌ.
