ع، علل الشرائع ابْنُ الْوَلِيدِ عَنِ الصَّفَّارِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ صَفْوَانَ عَنِ ابْنِ مُسْكَانَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ: لَا يَصْلُحُ النَّاسُ إِلَّا بِإِمَامٍ وَ لَا تَصْلُحُ الْأَرْضُ إِلَّا بِذَلِكَ.
(The book) ‘Illal Al Sharaie’ – Ibn Al Waleed, from Al Saffar, from Muhammad Bin Isa, from Safwan, from Ibn Muskan, from Al Hassan Bin Ziyad, ‘From Abu Abdullah-asws having said: ‘The people cannot be corrected except by an Imam-asws, nor can the earth be correct except by that’’. [23]
