Bihar al-Anwar · Allamah al-Majlisi
(The book’ ‘Al Tahzeeb – Al Husayn Bin Saeed, from Al Nazar, from Ibn Sinan, ‘From Abu Abdullah-asws having said: ‘Rasool-Allah-saww delayed the Al-Isha the last (Salat) on a night from the nights, for as long as Allah-azwj so Desired. Umar came and knocked the door. He said, ‘O Rasool-Allah-saww! The women are sleeping, the children are sleeping’. Rasool-Allah-saww came out and said: ‘It isn’t for you all that you should be hurting me-asws nor instructing me-saww. But rather, upon you is that you should be listening and obeying! ’’[130]
