ج، الإحتجاج فِي رِوَايَةِ سَعْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْأَشْعَرِيِّ عَنِ الْقَائِمِ ع قَالَ: قُلْتُ لَهُ يَا مَوْلَانَا وَ ابْنَ مَوْلَانَا رُوِيَ لَنَا أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ص جَعَلَ طَلَاقَ نِسَائِهِ إِلَى أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلِيٍّ حَتَّى أَنَّهُ بَعَثَ يَوْمَ الْجَمَلِ رَسُولًا إِلَى عَائِشَةَ وَ قَالَ إِنَّكِ أَدْخَلْتِي الْهَلَاكَ عَلَى الْإِسْلَامِ وَ أَهْلِهِ بِالْغِشِّ الَّذِي حَصَلَ مِنْكِ وَ أَوْرَدْتِي أَوْلَادَكِ فِي مَوْضِعِ الْهَلَاكِ لِلْجَهَالَةِ فَإِنِ امْتَنَعْتِ وَ إِلَّا طَلَّقْتُكِ فَأَخْبِرْنَا يَا مَوْلَايَ عَنْ مَعْنَى الطَّلَاقِ الَّذِي فَوَّضَ حُكْمَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص إِلَى أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع
فَقَالَ ع إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَقَدَّسَ اسْمُهُ عَظَّمَ شَأْنَ نِسَاءِ النَّبِيِّ فَخَصَّهُنَّ بِشَرَفِ الْأُمَّهَاتِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ يَا أَبَا الْحَسَنِ إِنَّ هَذَا شَرَفٌ بَاقٍ مَا دُمْنَ لِلَّهِ عَلَى طَاعَةٍ فَأَيَّتُهُنَّ عَصَتِ اللَّهَ بَعْدِي فِي الْأَزْوَاجِ بِالْخُرُوجِ عَلَيْكَ فَطَلِّقْهَا وَ أَسْقِطْهَا مِنْ شَرَفِ أُمَّهَاتِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ.
(The book) ‘Al Ihtijaj’ – In a report of Sa’ad Bin Abdullah Al Ashary, ‘From Al-Qaim-asws, he (the narrator) said, ‘O our Master-asws and son-asws of our Master-asws! It is reported to us that Rasool-Allah-saww made the divorce of his-saww wives to (be up to) Amir Al-Momineen Ali-asws to the extent that on the day of the camel, he-asws sent a messenger to Ayesha and said: ‘You entered the destruction upon and its people by the cheating attained from you and you brought your children in the place of destruction for the ignorance. Either you abstain or else I-asws will divorce you’. Inform us, O my Master-asws, out the meaning of the divorce which, the decision of which Rasool-Allah-saww had delegated to Amir Al-Momineen-asws’. He-asws said: ‘Allah-azwj, Holy is His-azwj Name, Magnified the matter of the wives of the Prophet-saww and Specialised them with the nobility of the mothers. Rasool-Allah-saww said: ‘O Abu Al-Hassan-asws! This nobility is to remain for as long as they remain upon obedience of Allah-azwj. So, whichever of them disobeys Allah-azwj after me-asws, among the wives, with the coming out against you-asws, then divorce her and terminate her from the nobility of being mothers of the believers’’.
