مِصْبَاحُ الْأَنْوَارِ، عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ع قَالَ: أَقْبَلَتْ فَاطِمَةُ ع إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ص فَعَرَفَ فِي وَجْهِهَا الْخَمْصَ قَالَ يَعْنِي الْجُوعَ
فَقَالَ لَهَا يَا بُنَيَّةِ هَاهُنَا فَأَجْلَسَهَا عَلَى فَخِذِهِ الْأَيْمَنِ فَقَالَتْ يَا أَبَتَاهْ إِنِّي جَائِعَةٌ فَرَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ فَقَالَ اللَّهُمَّ رَافِعَ الْوَضَعَةِ وَ مُشْبِعَ الْجَاعَةِ أَشْبِعْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتَ نَبِيِّكَ
قَالَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ ع فَوَ اللَّهِ مَا جَاعَتْ بَعْدَ يَوْمِهَا حَتَّى فَارَقَتِ الدُّنْيَا. وَ عَنْ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع قَالَ: إِنَّ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتَ مُحَمَّدٍ وَجَدَتْ عِلَّةً فَجَاءَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص عَائِداً فَجَلَسَ عِنْدَهَا وَ سَأَلَهَا عَنْ حَالِهَا فَقَالَتْ إِنِّي أَشْتَهِي طَعَاماً طَيِّباً
فَقَامَ النَّبِيُّ ص إِلَى طَاقٍ فِي الْبَيْتِ فَجَاءَ بِطَبَقٍ فِيهِ زَبِيبٌ وَ كَعْكٌ وَ أَقِطٌ وَ قِطْفُ عِنَبٍ فَوَضَعَهُ بَيْنَ يَدِي فَاطِمَةَ ع فَوَضَعَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص يَدَهُ فِي الطَّبَقِ وَ سَمَّى اللَّهَ وَ قَالَ كُلُوا بِسْمِ اللَّهِ فَأَكَلَتْ فَاطِمَةُ وَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص وَ عَلِيٌّ وَ الْحَسَنُ وَ الْحُسَيْنُ
فَبَيْنَمَا هُمْ يَأْكُلُونَ إِذْ وَقَفَ سَائِلٌ عَلَى الْبَابِ فَقَالَ السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ أَطْعِمُونَا مِمَّا رَزَقَكُمُ اللَّهُ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ص اخْسَأْ
فَقَالَتْ فَاطِمَةُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَا هَكَذَا تَقُولُ لِلْمِسْكِينِ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ص إِنَّهُ الشَّيْطَانُ وَ إِنَّ جَبْرَئِيلَ جَاءَكُمْ بِهَذَا الطَّعَامِ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ فَأَرَادَ الشَّيْطَانُ أَنْ يُصِيبَ مِنْهُ وَ مَا كَانَ ذَلِكِ يَنْبَغِي لَهُ.
(The book) ‘Misbah Al Anwaar’ –
‘From Abu Ja’far-asws having said: ‘(Syeda) Fatima-asws came to Rasool-Allah-saww. He-saww recognised ‘Al-Khams’ in her-asws face’. (He-asws) said: ‘It means the hunger’)
He-saww said to her-asws: ‘O daughter-asws, over here! ’ He-saww seated her-asws near his-as right thigh. She-asws said: ‘O father-saww! I-asws am hungry’. He-saww raised his-saww hands towards the sky and said: ‘O Allah-azwj! Raiser of the dropped and Satiator of the hungry! Satiate Fatima-asws daughter-asws of Your-azwj Prophet-saww! ’
Abu Ja’far-asws said: ‘By Allah-azwj! She-asws was not hungry after her-asws day until she-asws separated from the world’’. [196]
And from Amir Al-Momineen-asws having said: ‘(Syeda) Fatima-asws daughter-asws of Muhammad-saww fell ill, so Rasool-Allah-saww came consoling. He-saww sat by her-asws and asked her-asws about her-asws state. She-asws said: ‘I-asws desire good food’. The Prophet-saww stood up to a porthole in the house and came with a tray wherein were raisins, and cakes, and milk drink, and grapes. He-saww placed it in front of (Syeda) Fatima-asws. Rasool-Allah-saww placed his-saww hand in the tray and named Allah-azwj and said: ‘Eat in the Name of Allah-azwj! ’ So, Fatima-asws, and Rasool-Allah-saww, and Ali-asws, and Al-Hassan-asws, and Al-Husayn-asws ate. While they-asws were eating, when a beggar paused at the door. He said, ‘The greetings be unto you-asws all! Feed us from what Allah-azwj has Graced you-asws! ’ The Prophet-saww said: ‘Remain despised! ’
Fatima-asws said: ‘O Rasool-Allah-saww! This is not how you-saww tend to speak to the beggars’. The Prophet-saww said: ‘It is the Satan-la, and Jibraeel-as had come to you-asws all with this food from the Paradise, so the Satan-la wanted to attain from it, and that was not appropriate for him-la’’. [197]
