وَ فِي رِوَايَةٍ أُخْرَى يَصْلُحُ لِلْبَيْعِ وَ الشِّرَاءِ وَ مَنْ ضَلَّتْ لَهُ ضَالَّةٌ وَجَدَهَا وَ يُسْتَحَبُّ لِلْمَرِيضِ فِيهِ أَنْ يُوصِيَ وَ مَنْ هَرَبَ فِيهِ ظُفِرَ بِهِ وَ سُجِنَ. اليوم الحادي العشر
And in another report: ‘Correct for the selling and the buying, and the one for whom a property is lose, would find it, and it is recommended for the one falling sick in it that he bequeaths, and the one who flees in it would be won with and imprisoned’’. [161]
