كِتَابُ الْمَسَائِلِ، لِعَلِيِّ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ أَخِيهِ مُوسَى ع قَالَ: سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مَسَّ مَيِّتاً عَلَيْهِ الْغُسْلُ
قَالَ إِنْ كَانَ الْمَيِّتُ لَمْ يَبْرُدْ فَلَا غُسْلَ عَلَيْهِ وَ إِنْ كَانَ قَدْ بَرَدَ فَعَلَيْهِ الْغُسْلُ إِذَا مَسَّهُ.
‘Kitab Al-Masaail’ of Ali son of Ja’far-asws, from his brother-asws Musa-asws, he said, ‘I asked him‑asws about a man who touches a dead body, ‘Is the washing upon him? ’
He-asws said: ‘If the dead body had not cooled, there is no washing upon him, but if it had cooled, upon him is the washing when he has touched it’’. [9]
