(The book) ‘Al Khisaal’ – from Muhammad Bin Al-Hassan, from Al Saffar, from Al Abbas Bin Marouf, from Ali Bin Mahiyar, from Hammad Bin Isa, from Hareez, from Zurara who said, ‘I said to Abu Abdullah-asws, ‘The Takbeer during the days of Al-Tashreeq (11th to 13th Zilhajj) in the end of the Salat(s)’. He-asws said: ‘The Takbeer at Mina in the end of fifteen Salat(s), and with the cities in end of fifteen Salat(s), and the first Takbeer is in end of Salat Al-Zohr on the day of the sacrifice. You should say, ‘Allah-azwj is Greatest! Allah-azwj is Greatest! There is no god except Allah-azwj and Allah-azwj is Greatest! Allah-azwj is Greatest and for Allah-azwj is the Praise! Allah-azwj is Greatest upon what He-azwj has Guided us, and Allah-azwj is Greatest upon what He-azwj has Graced us from the beasts, the cattle! ’
And rather, the Takbeer is made to be in the end of fifteen Salat(s) in the (other) cities because when the people disperse in the first dispersal, the people of the cities withhold from the Takbeer, and people of Mina exclaim Takbeer for as long as they are in Mina up to the other dispersal’’.
