ضا، فقه الرضا عليه السلام اعْلَمْ يَرْحَمُكَ اللَّهُ أَنَّ الْحَجَّ فَرِيضَةٌ مِنْ فَرَائِضِ اللَّهِ جَلَّ وَ عَزَّ اللَّازِمَةِ الْوَاجِبَةِ مَنِ اسْتَطاعَ إِلَيْهِ سَبِيلًا وَ قَدْ وَجَبَ فِي طُولِ الْعُمُرِ مَرَّةً وَاحِدَةً وَ وُعِدَ عَلَيْهَا مِنَ الثَّوَابِ الْجَنَّةُ وَ الْعَفْوُ مِنَ الذُّنُوبِ وَ سُمِّيَ تَارِكُهُ كَافِراً وَ تُوُعِّدَ عَلَى تَارِكِهِ بِالنَّارِ فَنَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ النَّارِ.
(The book) ‘Fiqh Al-Reza-asws’, may the greeting be upon him-asws – ‘Know, may Allah-azwj Mercy you, that the Hajj is an obligation from Obligations of Allah-azwj Majestic and Mighty, the necessary obligation for the one has the capacity for a way to it; [3: 97], and it is obligated once in the length of the lifetime, and from the Rewards the Paradise has been Promised upon it, and the Pardon from the sins, and its neglecter is named as a ‘Kafir’, and its neglecter has been Threatened with the Hellfire, so we seek Refuge with Allah-azwj from the Hellfire! ’’[33]
