Chapter on the Rights of the Animal Upon Its Owner — الحديث 2
Man La Yahduruh al-Faqih · Shaykh al-Saduq
2466 - وَ سَأَلَ رَجُلٌ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ: مَتَى أَضْرِبُ دَابَّتِي تَحْتِي قَالَ «إِذَا لَمْ تَمْشِ تَحْتَكَ كَمَشْيِهَا إِلَى مِذْوَدِهَا».
Hadith. 2466 - A man asked Abu Abdullah (as): "When is it permissible for me to strike the animal I am riding? "
Imam (as) replied: "When it does not walk under you as it would walk toward its feeding trough. "
