Chapter on the Legal Punishment for Slanderous Accusation — الحديث 5082

5082 - وَ رَوَى اِبْنُ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ عَطِيَّةَ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ [عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ خ ل] عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ: فِي اِمْرَأَةٍ قَذَفَتْ رَجُلاً قَالَ "تُجْلَدُ ثَمَانِينَ جَلْدَةً".
Hadith. 5082 - Ibn Mahbub narrated from Malik ibn Atiyyah from Abu Basir from Abu Abdullah (as) regarding a woman who accused a man (of adultery). Imam (as) said: "She is to be flogged eighty lashes. "
