5894 - وَ رَوَى اَلْحَسَنُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ اَلثُّمَالِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ: أَتَى رَجُلٌ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ فَقَالَ عَلِّمْنِي يَا رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ شَيْئاً فَقَالَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ "عَلَيْكَ بِالْيَأْسِ مِمَّا فِي أَيْدِي اَلنَّاسِ فَإِنَّهُ اَلْغِنَى اَلْحَاضِرُ" قَالَ زِدْنِي يَا رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ قَالَ "إِيَّاكَ وَ اَلطَّمَعَ فَإِنَّهُ اَلْفَقْرُ اَلْحَاضِرُ" قَالَ زِدْنِي يَا رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ قَالَ "إِذَا هَمَمْتَ بِأَمْرٍ فَتَدَبَّرْ عَاقِبَتَهُ فَإِنْ يَكُ خَيْراً أَوْ رُشْداً اِتَّبَعْتَهُ وَ إِنْ يَكُ شَرّاً أَوْ غَيّاً تَرَكْتَهُ".
Hadith. 5894 - Al-Hasan ibn Rashid narrated from Abu Hamza Al-Thumali, from Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as), who said: 'A man came to the Messenger of Allah (swt), peace and blessings be upon him and his family, and said: "Teach me something, O' Messenger of Allah (swt). "
Prophet (sw) said: "You must renounce what is in the hands of people, for it is immediate wealth. "
The man said: "Increase me (in knowledge), O' Messenger of Allah (swt). "
Prophet (sw) said: "Beware of greed, for it is present poverty. "
The man said: "Increase me (in knowledge), O' Messenger of Allah (swt). "
Prophet (sw) said: "When you intend to undertake something, consider its consequences. If it is good or leads to guidance, follow it; and if it is evil or leads to misguidance, abandon it. "
