ع، علل الشرائع عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابُ الْقُرَشِيُ عَنْ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيِّ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ خُرَّزَادَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِمْرَانَ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص لَا يُؤْمِنُ عَبْدٌ حَتَّى أَكُونَ أَحَبَّ إِلَيْهِ مِنْ نَفْسِهِ وَ يَكُونَ عِتْرَتِي أَحَبَ إِلَيْهِ مِنْ عِتْرَتِهِ وَ يَكُونَ أَهْلِي أَحَبَّ إِلَيْهِ مِنْ أَهْلِهِ وَ تَكُونَ ذَاتِي أَحَبَّ إِلَيْهِ مِنْ ذَاتِهِ.
(The book) ‘Al Illal Al Sharaie’ – Abdul Rahman Bin Muhammad Bin Abdul Wahhab Al Qurshy, from Mansour Bin Abdullah Al Asbahany, from Ali Bin Abdullah, from Usman Bin Khurrazad, from Muhammad Bin Imran, from Sa’ad Bin Amro, from Ibn Abu Layli, from Al Hakam Bin Abdul Rahman Bin Abu Layli, from Al Hakam Bin Abu Layli who said, ‘Rasool-Allahsaww said: ‘A servant does not believe until Isaww happen to be more beloved to him than himself, and mysaww offspring become more beloved to him than his own offspring, and mysaww family happen to be more beloved to him than his own family, and mysaww self become more beloved to him than his own self’’.
