فر، تفسير فرات بن إبراهيم الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْحَكَمِ مُعَنْعَناً عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ فِي قَوْلِهِ بَراءَةٌ مِنَ اللَّهِ وَ رَسُولِهِ إِلَى الَّذِينَ عاهَدْتُمْ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ نَزَلَتْ فِي مُشْرِكِي الْعَرَبِ غَيْرِ بَنِي ضَمْرَةَ
وَ قَوْلُهُ وَ أَذانٌ مِنَ اللَّهِ وَ رَسُولِهِ إِلَى النَّاسِ يَوْمَ الْحَجِّ الْأَكْبَرِ وَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ يَوْمَئِذٍ مِنَ اللَّهِ وَ رَسُولِهِ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ع أَذَّنَ بِأَرْبَعِ كَلِمَاتٍ بِأَنْ لَا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ إِلَّا مُؤْمِنٌ وَ لَا يَطُوفَ بِالْبَيْتِ عُرْيَانٌ وَ مَنْ كَانَ بَيْنَهُ وَ بَيْنَ النَّبِيِّ أَجَلٌ فَأَجَلُهُ إِلَى مُدَّتِهِ وَ لَكُمْ أَنْ تَسِيحُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ أَرْبَعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ وَ فِي قَوْلِهِ
ما كانَ لِلْمُشْرِكِينَ أَنْ يَعْمُرُوا مَساجِدَ اللَّهِ شاهِدِينَ عَلى أَنْفُسِهِمْ بِالْكُفْرِ نَزَلَتْ فِي الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ وَ ابْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ- شَيْبَةَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ مِنْ بَنِي عَبْدِ الدَّارِ
وَ قَوْلُهُ أَ جَعَلْتُمْ سِقايَةَ الْحاجِ نَزَلَتْ فِي الْعَبَّاسِ- وَ عِمارَةَ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرامِ نَزَلَتْ فِي ابْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ- كَمَنْ آمَنَ بِاللَّهِ وَ الْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ نَزَلَتْ فِي عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ع خَاصَّةً
وَ قَوْلُهُ اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَ كُونُوا مَعَ الصَّادِقِينَ نَزَلَتْ فِي أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ع وَ أَهْلِ بَيْتِهِ خَاصَّةً.
Tafseer Furaat Bin Ibrahim – Al-Husayn Bin Al Hakam transmitting from Ibn Abbas, ‘Regarding His-azwj Words: (This is) a disavowment from Allah and His Rasool to those of the Polytheists you had a treaty with [9: 1], ‘It was Revealed regarding the Arab Polytheists apart from the clan of Zamrah. And His-azwj Words: And a proclamation from Allah and His Rasool to the people on the day of the Greatest Hajj [9: 3], and the proclaimer on that day, from Allah-azwj and His-azwj Rasool-saww, was Amir Al-Momineen Ali-asws Bin Abu Talib-asws. He-asws proclaimed with four phrases, with: ‘No one shall enter the Paradise except a Momin, nor will anyone perform Tawaaf of the House (Kaaba) naked, and one who had a term between him and the Prophet-saww his term is to his period, and for you all is that you go about in the earth for four months! ’
It was not for the Polytheists that they should be visiting the Masjids of Allah while testifying upon themselves with the Kufr. [9: 17], was Revealed regarding Al-Abbas son of Abdul Muttalib-asws, and Ibn Abu Talha Sheyba Bin Usman from the clan of Abdul Darr. And His-azwj Words: Are you considering the quencher of the pilgrims – was Revealed regarding Al Abbas – and the maintainer of the Sacred Masjid – Revealed regarding Ibn Abu Talha – as being the like the one who believes in Allah and the Last Day and fights in the Way of Allah? [9: 19] – Revealed regarding Ali-asws Bin Abu Talib-asws in particular. And His-azwj Words: O you who believe! Fear Allah and be with the truthful ones [9: 119], were Revealed regarding Amir Al-Momineen Ali-asws Bin Abu Talib-asws, and People-asws of his-asws Household in particular’’. [152]
