ع، علل الشرائع ابْنُ الْوَلِيدِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ الْعَطَّارِ عَنِ الْأَشْعَرِيِّ عَنِ السَّيَّارِيِّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الرَّازِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ الثَّانِي ع قَالَ: قُلْتُ جُعِلْتُ فِدَاكَ مَا تَقُولُ فِي الْعَامَّةِ فَإِنَّهُ قَدْ رُوِيَ أَنَّهُمْ لَا يُوَفَّقُونَ لِصَوْمٍ
فَقَالَ لِي أَمَا إِنَّهُمْ قَدْ أُجِيبَتْ دَعْوَةُ الْمَلَكِ فِيهِمْ
قَالَ قُلْتُ وَ كَيْفَ ذَلِكَ جُعِلْتُ فِدَاكَ
قَالَ إِنَّ النَّاسَ لَمَّا قَتَلُوا الْحُسَيْنَ بْنَ عَلِيٍّ ع أَمَرَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ مَلَكاً يُنَادِي أَيَّتُهَا الْأُمَّةُ الظَّالِمَةُ الْقَاتِلَةُ عِتْرَةَ نَبِيِّهَا- لَا وَفَّقَكُمُ اللَّهُ لِصَوْمٍ وَ لَا فِطْرٍ وَ فِي حَدِيثٍ آخَرَ لِفِطْرٍ وَ لَا أَضْحًى.
(The book) ‘Al Illal Al Sharaie’ – Ibn Al Waleed, from Muhammad Al Attar, from Al Ash’ary, from Al Sayyari, from Muhammad Bin Ismail Al Razy, ‘From Abu Ja’far-asws the 2nd having, he (the narrator) said, ‘May I be sacrificed for you-asws! What are you-asws regarding the general Muslims, for it is being reported that they will not be concordant to fasting? ’
He-asws said to me: ‘As for them, so the supplication of the Angel has been Answered regarding them’. He (the narrator) said, ‘I said, ‘And how is that so? May I be sacrificed for you-asws! ’
He-asws said: ‘The people, when they had killed Al-Husayn-asws Bin Ali-asws, Allah-azwj Mighty and Majestic Commanded an Angel to call out: ‘O you unjust community, the killers of the family‑asws of its Prophet-saww! May Allah-azwj not Harmonise you all for a fast nor for breaking a fast’. And in another Hadeeth: ‘Neither for (Eid) Al-Fitr nor for (Eid) Al-Azha’’. [126]
