شا، الإرشاد كَانَ مَوْلِدُهُ ع لَيْلَةَ النِّصْفِ مِنْ شَعْبَانَ سَنَةَ خَمْسٍ وَ خَمْسِينَ وَ مِائَتَيْنِ وَ أُمُّهُ أُمُّ وَلَدٍ يُقَالُ لَهَا نَرْجِسُ وَ كَانَ سِنُّهُ عِنْدَ وَفَاةِ أَبِيهِ خَمْسُ سِنِينَ
آتَاهُ اللَّهُ فِيهِ الْحِكْمَةَ وَ فَصْلَ الْخِطابِ وَ جَعَلَهُ آيَةً لِلْعالَمِينَ وَ آتَاهُ الْحِكْمَةَ كَمَا آتَاهُ يَحْيَى صَبِيّاً وَ جَعَلَهُ إِمَاماً كَمَا جَعَلَ عِيسَى ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ فِي الْمَهْدِ نَبِيّاً
وَ لَهُ قَبْلَ قِيَامِهِ غَيْبَتَانِ إِحْدَاهُمَا أَطْوَلُ مِنَ الْأُخْرَى جَاءَتْ بِذَلِكَ الْأَخْبَارُ فَأَمَّا الْقُصْرَى مِنْهَا فَمُنْذُ وَقْتِ مَوْلِدِهِ إِلَى انْقِطَاعِ السِّفَارَةِ بَيْنَهُ وَ بَيْنَ شِيعَتِهِ وَ عَدَمِ السُّفَرَاءِ بِالْوَفَاةِ وَ أَمَّا الطُّولَى فَهِيَ بَعْدَ الْأُولَى وَ فِي آخِرِهَا يَقُومُ بِالسَّيْفِ.
(The book) ‘Al Irshad’ –
‘He-ajfj was blessed on the night of the middle of Shaba in the year two hundred and fifty-five, and his-ajfj mother-as is mother of children call ‘Narjis’, and his-asws age at the expiry of his-ajfj father-asws was five years. During it, Allah-azwj Gave him-ajfj the wisdom and the decisive address and Made him-ajfj a Sign for the worlds, and Gave him-ajfj the wisdom just as He-azwj had Given Yahya-as as a child, and Made him-ajfj an Imam-ajfj just as He-azwj had Made Isa Ibn Maryam-as a Prophet-as in the cradle. There are two occultations for him-ajfj before his-ajfj rising, one of these being longer than the other. The Ahadeeth have come with that. As for the shorter from it, it is since the time of his-ajfj being blessed up to the termination of the embassy between him-ajfj and his-ajfj Shias and the absence of the ambassadors with the death. And as for the longer, it is after the first, and he-asws would be rising with the sword’’. [38]
