الْعِلَلُ، وَ الْخِصَالُ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ جَدِّهِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ آبَائِهِ عَنْ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع قَالَ: لَا يَنَامُ الْمُسْلِمُ وَ هُوَ جُنُبٌ وَ لَا يَنَامُ إِلَّا عَلَى طَهُورٍ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدِ الْمَاءَ فَلْيَتَيَمَّمْ بِالصَّعِيدِ.
(The books) ‘Al Ilal’, and ‘Al Khisaal’ – from his father, from Sa’ad Bin Abdullah, from Muhammad Bin Isa, from Al Qasim, from Al Qasim Bin Yahya, from his grandfather Al-Hassan Bin Rashid, from Abu Baseer, ‘From Abu Abdullah-asws, from his father-asws, from his-asws forefathers-asws, from Amir Al-Momineen-asws having said: ‘The Muslim should not sleep while he is with sexual impurity, nor should he sleep except upon cleanliness. If he cannot find the water, let him perform Tayammum with the sand’’. [129]
