Hadith 20

(The book) ‘Dawaat’ of Al Rawandy –
‘From the Prophet-saww: ‘(You should supplicate), ‘O Allah-azwj! I to You-azwj through Muhammad-saww and Progeny-asws of Muhammad-saww, and I draw closer to You-azwj and advance them-asws in front of my needs! O Allah-azwj! I hereby disavow to You-azwj from enemies of the Progeny-asws of Muhammad-saww and I draw closer to You-azwj with the curse upon them! ’
And in their-asws supplications: ‘(You should supplicate), ‘O Allah-azwj! If my sins have disfigured my face in Your-azwj Presence and is veiling my supplications from You-azwj, so Send Salawaat upon Muhammad-saww and Progeny-asws of Muhammad-saww and Answer my supplication for me due to them-asws, O Lord-azwj! ’’[22]
And from Sama’at Bin Mihran who said, ‘Abu Al-Hassan-asws having said: ‘When there was a need for you to Allah-azwj, then say, ‘O Allah-azwj! I ask You-azwj by the right of Muhammad-saww and Ali-asws, for there is a glory for them‑asws from the glories in Your-azwj Presence, and a worth from the worths! By the right of that glory and by the right of that worth, Send Salawaat upon Muhammad-saww and Progeny‑asws of Muhammad-saww, and to do such and such with me! ’
When it will be the Day of Qiyamah, there will neither remain any Angel of Proximity, nor any Messenger Prophet-as, nor any Tested Momin, except and he would be needy to them-asws both during that Day’’. [23]
