ل، الخصال أَبِي عَنْ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنْ حَرِيزٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ع قَالَ: الْغُسْلُ فِي سَبْعَةَ عَشَرَ مَوْطِناً- لَيْلَةِ سَبْعَ عَشْرَةَ مِنْ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ وَ هِيَ لَيْلَةُ الْتِقَاءِ الْجَمْعَيْنِ لَيْلَةُ بَدْرٍ وَ لَيْلَةِ تِسْعَ عَشْرَةَ وَ فِيهَا يُكْتَبُ الْوَفْدُ وَفْدُ السَّنَةِ وَ لَيْلَةِ إِحْدَى وَ عِشْرِينَ وَ هِيَ اللَّيْلَةُ الَّتِي مَاتَ فِيهَا أَوْصِيَاءُ النَّبِيِّينَ صَلَوَاتُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَ فِيهَا رُفِعَ عِيسَى ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ وَ قُبِضَ مُوسَى ع وَ لَيْلَةِ ثَلَاثٍ وَ عِشْرِينَ تُرْجَى فِيهَا لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ. وَ قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْبَصْرِيُ قَالَ لِي أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع اغْتَسِلْ فِي لَيْلَةِ أَرْبَعٍ وَ عِشْرِينَ فَمَا عَلَيْكَ أَنْ تَعْمَلَ فِي اللَّيْلَتَيْنِ جَمِيعاً الْخَبَرَ.
(The book) ‘Al Khisaal’ – My father, from Ali, from his father, from Hammad, from Hareyz, from Muhammad Bin Muslim, ‘From Abu Ja’far-asws having said: ‘(Ritual) bathing is in seventeen places – night of 17th of a month of Ramazan, and it is night the two parties meet, night of full moon, and night of 19th and during it the delegations (for Hajj), delegations of the years are written, and night of 21st, and it is the night in which successors-as passed away, may the Salawaat of Allah-azwj be upon them-asws, and during it Isa Ibn Maryam-as was raised, and Musa-as passed away, and night of 23rd Laylat Al-Qadr is hoped for in it’’. [44]
And Abdul Rahmad Bin Abdullah Al Basry said, ‘Abu Abdullah-asws said to me: ‘(Ritual) bathing is during night of 24th. It is not upon you to bathe during the two nights altogether’ – the Hadeeth’’. [45]
