يد، التوحيد أَبِي وَ ابْنُ الْوَلِيدِ مَعاً عَنْ سَعْدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْبَرْقِيِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى وَ سَيَحْلِفُونَ بِاللَّهِ لَوِ اسْتَطَعْنا لَخَرَجْنا مَعَكُمْ يُهْلِكُونَ أَنْفُسَهُمْ وَ اللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ إِنَّهُمْ لَكاذِبُونَ قَالَ أَكْذَبَهُمْ اللَّهُ فِي قَوْلِهِمْ لَوِ اسْتَطَعْنَا لَخَرَجْنَا مَعَكُمْ وَ قَدْ كَانُوا مُسْتَطِيعِينَ لِلْخُرُوجِ
‘Al Tawheed’ – My father and Ibn Al Waleed both together, from Sa’ad, from Ibn Isa, from Ali Bin Abdullah, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Al Barqy, ‘From Abu Abdullah-asws regarding the Words of Allah-azwj the Exalted: And they are swearing by Allah, ‘If we had been able to, we would have gone out along with you’. They are destroying themselves, and Allah Knows they are lying [9: 42]. He-asws said: ‘Allah-azwj has Belied them regarding their words, ‘If we had been able to, we would have gone out along with you’, and they were capable for the going out’’. [49]
