ما، الأمالي للشيخ الطوسي ابْنُ الصَّلْتِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُقْدَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ شَيْبَانَ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ بِلَالٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُوسَى بْنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ آبَائِهِ ع أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ص دَفَعَ خَيْبَرَ إِلَى أَهْلِهَا بِالشَّطْرِ فَلَمَّا كَانَ عِنْدَ الصِّرَامِ بَعَثَ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ رَوَاحَةَ فَخَرَصَهَا عَلَيْهِمْ ثُمَّ قَالَ إِنْ شِئْتُمْ أَخَذْتُمْ بِخَرْصِنَا وَ إِنْ شِئْنَا أَخَذْنَا وَ احْتَسَبْنَا لَكُمْ فَقَالُوا هَذَا الْحَقُّ بِهَذَا قَامَتِ السَّمَاوَاتُ وَ الْأَرْضُ.
(The book) ‘Al-Amaali’ of the sheykh Al-Tusi – Ibn Al-Salt, from Ibn Uqda, from Al-Hassan Bin Al-Qasim, from Ibrahim Bin Shayban, from Suleyman Bin Bilal, from Ali Bin Musa Bin Al-Hassan, from his father, ‘From Ja’far-asws Bin Muhammad-asws, from his-asws father-asws, from his-asws forefathers-asws: ‘Rasool-Allah-saww handed over Khyber back to its people with the stipulations. When it was the seasons of harvesting fruits, he-saww sent Abdullah Bin Rawaha and he estimated it to them, then said, ‘If you like you can take it by our estimation, and if you like we shall take it and count it for you’. They said, ‘This is the truth, by this stand the skies and the earth’’. [29]
