قب، المناقب لابن شهرآشوب أَبَانُ بْنُ تَغْلِبَ عَنِ الصَّادِقِ ع وَ بِالْوالِدَيْنِ إِحْساناً قَالَ الْوَالِدَانُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص وَ عَلِيٌّ ع. سَلَّامٌ الْجُعْفِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ع وَ أَبَانُ بْنُ تَغْلِبَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع نَزَلَتْ فِي رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ص وَ فِي عَلِيٍّ ع. وَ رَوَى أَبُو الْمَضَا صَبِيحٌ عَنِ الرِّضَا ع قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ص أَنَا وَ عَلِيٌّ الْوَالِدَانِ. وَ رُوِيَ عَنْ بَعْضِ الْأَئِمَّةِ فِي قَوْلِهِ أَنِ اشْكُرْ لِي وَ لِوالِدَيْكَ أَنَّهُ نَزَلَ فِيهِمَا. النَّبِيُّ ص أَنَا وَ عَلِيٌّ أَبَوَا هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ أَنَا وَ عَلِيٌّ مَوْلَيَا هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ. وَ عَنْ بَعْضِ الْأَئِمَّةِ لا أُقْسِمُ بِهذَا الْبَلَدِ- وَ أَنْتَ حِلٌّ بِهذَا الْبَلَدِ- وَ والِدٍ وَ ما وَلَدَ قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع وَ مَا وَلَدَ مِنَ الْأَئِمَّةِ. الثَّعْلَبِيُّ فِي رَبِيعِ الْمُذَّكِّرِينَ وَ الْخَرْكُوشِيُّ فِي شَرَفِ النَّبِيِّ عَنْ عَمَّارٍ وَ جَابِرٍ وَ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ وَ فِي الْفِرْدَوْسِ عَنِ الدَّيْلَمِيِّ وَ فِي أَمَالِي الطُّوسِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي الصَّلْتِ بِإِسْنَادِهِ عَنْ أَنَسٍ كُلُّهُمْ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ص قَالَ: حَقُّ عَلِيٍّ عَلَى الْأُمَّةِ كَحَقِّ الْوَالِدِ عَلَى الْوَلَدِ. وَ فِي كِتَابِ الْخَصَائِصِ عَنْ أَنَسٍ حَقُّ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ كَحَقِّ الْوَالِدِ عَلَى الْوَلَدِ. مُفْرَدَاتُ أَبِي الْقَاسِمِ الرَّاغِبِ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ص يَا عَلِيُّ أَنَا وَ أَنْتَ أَبَوَا هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ وَ مِنْ حُقُوقِ الْآبَاءِ وَ الْأُمَّهَاتِ أَنْ يَتَرَحَّمُوا عَلَيْهِمْ فِي الْأَوْقَاتِ لِيَكُونَ فِيهِمْ أَدَاءُ حُقُوقِهِمْ. النَّبِيُّ ص أَنَا وَ عَلِيٌّ أَبَوَا هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ وَ لَحَقُّنَا عَلَيْهِمْ أَعْظَمُ مِنْ حَقِّ أَبَوَيْ وِلَادَتِهِمْ فَإِنَّا نُنْقِذُهُمْ إِنْ أَطَاعُونَا مِنَ النَّارِ إِلَى دَارِ الْقَرَارِ وَ نُلْحِقُهُمْ مِنَ الْعُبُودِيَّةِ بِخِيَارِ الْأَحْرَارِ
قَالَ الْقَاضِي أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ كَامِلٍ يَعْنِي أَنَّ حَقَّ عَلِيٍّ عَلَى كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ أَنْ لَا يَعْصِيَهُ أَبَداً.
(The book) ‘Al Manaqib’ of Ibn Shehr Ashub – Aban Bin Tabligh, ‘From Al-Sadiq-asws: and the kindness with the parents [2: 83]. He-asws said: ‘Rasool-Allah-saww and Ali-asws’’. [26]
Sallam Al-Jufy from Abu Ja’far-asws, and Aban Bin Taghlib from Abu Abdullah-asws: ‘It was Revealed regarding Rasool-Allah-saww and Ali-asws’’. [27]
And it is reported by Abu Al Maza Al Sabeeh, ‘From Al-Reza-asws: ‘The Prophet-saww said: ‘I-saww and Ali-asws are the two parents (fathers)’’. [28]
And it is reported from one of the Imams-asws regarding His-azwj Words: “Be thankful to Me and to your parents! [31: 14]: ‘It was Revealed regarding them-asws both (Rasool-Allah-saww and Ali-asws’’. [29]
The Prophet-saww: ‘I-saww and Ali-asws are two fathers-asws of this community. I-saww and Ali-asws are two masters-asws of this community’’. [30]
And from one of the Imams-asws: No! I do Swear by this city! [90: 1] And you are a dweller in this city [90: 2] And (I Swear by) a father and what he begot [90: 3]. Amir Al-Momineen-asws said: ‘And what he-saww begot – the Imams-asws’’. [31]
Al Sa’alby in (the book) ‘Rabie Al Muzakkireen’, and Al Harkoushi in (the book) ‘Sharaf Al Nabi’, from Ammar, and Jabir, ad Abu Ayoub, and in (the book) ‘Al Firdows’ from Al Daylami, and in (the book) ‘Amaali’ of Al Tusi, from Abu Al Salt, by his chain from Anas (well known fabricator), ‘All of them from the Prophet-saww having said: ‘The right of Ali-asws upon the community is like the right of the father upon the child’’. [32]
And in the book ‘Al Khasaais’ – from Anas (well known fabricator), ‘(The Prophet-saww said): ‘The right of Ali-asws Bin Abu Talib-asws upon the Muslims is like the right of the father upon the child’’. [33]
(The book) ‘Al Mufridaat’ of Abu Al Qasim Al Raghib –
‘The Prophet-saww said: ‘O Ali-asws! I-saww and you-asws are two fathers-asws of this community, and from right of the fathers and the mothers is that they are merciful upon them during the times they happen to be fulfilling their rights regarding them’’. [34]
The Prophet-saww: ‘I-saww and Ali-asws are two fathers-asws of this community, and our-asws rights upon them are greater than the rights of their biological parents, for if they were to obey us-asws, we-asws would be saving them from the Fire to the house of settlement and we-asws shall join them with the best free ones out from the slavery’. The judge Abu Bakr Ahmad Bin Kamil, ‘It means that the right of Ali-asws upon every Muslim is that he should not disobey him-asws, ever! ’’[35]
