مِيعَ الْخَلْقِ بِقُدْرَتِهِ وَ بُرْهَانِهِ
مَجِيداً لَمْ يَزَلْ مَحْمُوداً لَا يَزَالُ بَارِئُ الْمَسْمُوكَاتِ وَ دَاحِي الْمَدْحُوَّاتِ وَ جَبَّارُ السَّمَاوَاتِ قُدُّوسٌ سُبُّوحٌ رَبُّ الْمَلَائِكَةِ وَ الرُّوحِ مُتَفَضِّلٌ عَلَى جَمِيعِ مَنْ بَرَأَهُ مُتَطَوِّلٌ عَلَى مَنْ أَدْنَاهُ يَلْحَظُ كُلَّ عَيْنٍ وَ الْعُيُونُ لَا تَرَاهُ
كَرِيمٌ حَلِيمٌ ذُو أَنَاةٍ قَدْ وَسِعَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ رَحْمَتُهُ وَ مَنَّ عَلَيْهِمْ بِنِعْمَتِهِ لَا يَعْجَلُ بِانْتِقَامِهِ وَ لَا يُبَادِرُ إِلَيْهِمْ بِمَا اسْتَحَقُّوا مِنْ عَذَابِهِ قَدْ فَهِمَ السَّرَائِرَ وَ عَلِمَ الضَّمَائِرَ وَ لَمْ تَخْفَ عَلَيْهِ الْمَكْنُونَاتُ وَ لَا اشْتَبَهَتْ عَلَيْهِ الْخَفِيَّاتُ لَهُ الْإِحَاطَةُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَ الْغَلَبَةُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ
وَ الْقُوَّةُ فِي كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَ الْقُدْرَةُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ لَا مِثْلُهُ شَيْءٌ وَ هُوَ مُنْشِئُ الشَّيْءِ حِينَ لَا شَيْءَ دَائِمٌ قَائِمٌ بِالْقِسْطِ لا إِلهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ جَلَّ عَنْ أَنْ تُدْرِكَهُ الْأَبْصَارُ وَ هُوَ يُدْرِكُ الْأَبْصارَ وَ هُوَ اللَّطِيفُ الْخَبِيرُ
لَا يَلْحَقُ أَحَدٌ وَصْفَهُ مِنْ مُعَايَنَةٍ وَ لَا يَجِدُ أَحَدٌ كَيْفَ هُوَ مِنْ سِرٍّ وَ عَلَانِيَةٍ إِلَّا بِمَا دَلَّ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ وَ أَشْهَدُ بِأَنَّهُ الَّذِي مَلَأَ الدَّهْرَ قُدْسُهُ وَ الَّذِي يَغْشَى الْأَبَدَ نُورُهُ وَ الَّذِي يُنَفِّذُ أَمْرَهُ بِلَا مُشَاوَرَةِ مُشِيرٍ وَ لَا مَعَهُ شَرِيكٌ فِي تَقْدِيرٍ وَ لَا تَفَاوُتٍ فِي تَدْبِيرٍ
صَوَّرَ مَا أَبْدَعَ عَلَى غَيْرِ مِثَالٍ وَ خَلَقَ مَا خَلَقَ بِلَا مَعُونَةٍ مِنْ أَحَدٍ وَ لَا تَكَلُّفٍ وَ لَا احْتِيَالٍ أَنْشَأَهَا فَكَانَتْ وَ بَرَأَهَا فَبَانَتْ فَهُوَ اللَّهُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْمُتْقِنُ الصَّنْعَةِ الْحَسَنُ الصَّنِيعَةِ الْعَدْلُ الَّذِي لَا يَجُورُ وَ الْأَكْرَمُ الَّذِي تَرْجِعُ إِلَيْهِ الْأُمُورُ
وَ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّهُ الَّذِي تَوَاضَعَ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ لِعَظَمَتِهِ وَ ذَلَّ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ لِعِزَّتِهِ وَ اسْتَسْلَمَ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ لِقُدْرَتِهِ وَ خَشَعَ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ لِهَيْبَتِهِ مَالِكُ الْأَمْلَاكِ وَ مُفَلِّكُ الْأَفْلَاكِ وَ مُسَخِّرُ الشَّمْسِ وَ الْقَمَرِ كُلٌّ يَجْرِي لِأَجَلٍ مُسَمًّى يُكَوِّرُ اللَّيْلَ عَلَى النَّهارِ وَ يُكَوِّرُ النَّهارَ عَلَى اللَّيْلِ يَطْلُبُهُ حَثِيثاً قَاصِمُ كُلِّ جَبَّارٍ عَنِيدٍ وَ مُهْلِكُ كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ مَرِيدٍ
لَمْ يَكُنْ مَعَهُ ضِدٌّ وَ لَا نِدٌّ أَحَدٌ صَمَدٌ لَمْ يَلِدْ وَ لَمْ يُولَدْ وَ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ كُفُواً أَحَدٌ إِلَهٌ وَاحِدٌ وَ رَبٌّ مَاجِدٌ يَشَاءُ فَيُمْضِي وَ يُرِيدُ فَيَقْضِي وَ يَعْلَمُ فَيُحْصِي وَ يُمِيتُ وَ يُحْيِي وَ يُفْقِرُ وَ يُغْنِي وَ يُضْحِكُ وَ يُبْكِي وَ يُدْنِي وَ يُقْصِي وَ يَمْنَعُ وَ يُثْرِي
لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَ لَهُ الْحَمْدُ بِيَدِهِ الْخَيْرُ وَ هُ
pirit, Preferential over entirety of the ones He-azwj Formed, Extending upon the ones below Him-azwj, Noticing every eyes and the eyes cannot see Him-azwj. Benevolent, Forbearing, with Dignity. His-azwj Mercy Covers all things, and He-azwj Confers upon them with His-azwj Favours. He-azwj neither Hastens with His-azwj Revenge nor does He-azwj Rush to them with what they deserve from His-azwj Punishment. He-azwj Understands the secrets and Knows the consciences and the concealed matters are not hidden unto Him-azwj nor are the hidden secrets are not suspect to Him-azwj. For Him-azwj is the encompassing with all thing and the overcoming over all things. And the Strong in all things, and the Power over all things. There is nothing like Him-azwj, and He-azwj is the Grower of the things when there is nothing permanently standing with the fairness. there is no god except Him, the Mighty, the Wise [3: 6], too Majestic from the sights realising Him-azwj, and He Comprehends the visions; and He is the Knower of the subtleties, the Aware [6: 103]. No one can get to His-azwj Description from seeing Him-azwj, nor can anyone find out how He-azwj is in secret and openly, except with what the Mighty and Majestic Pointed upon Himself-saww. And I-saww testify that He-azwj is the One, His-azwj Holiness filles the time, and the One, His-azwj overwhelms the forever, and the One, His-azwj Command is implemented without any consultation of a consultant, nor is there any associate with Him-azwj in the Determination, nor is there any differing in Management. He Forms whatever He-azwj Originates upon without any example, and Creates whatever He-azwj Creates without having Witnessed from anyone, nor any encumberment, nor plagiarising its production. He-azwj existed and Formed it, and it was separate. He-azwj is Allah-azwj, there is no god except He-azwj, the perfect of the Making, and the excellent of the Dealing, the Just Who, is not tyrannous, and the most Benevolent to the whom (all) the affairs return. And I testify that He-azwj is the One Who Humbled all things to His-azwj Magnificence, and Disgraced all things to His-azwj Honour, and Submitted all things to His-azwj Power, and Humbled all things to His-azwj Awe. King of the kings, and Orbited the planets, and Subdued the sun and the moon? Each flows to a specified term, [31: 29] He Wraps the night upon the day, and Wraps the day upon the night, [39: 5], seeking it persistently. Breaker of every obstinate tyrant, and Destroyer of every rebellious Satan-la. There neither happens to be any adversary nor a match. One, Samad, He does not beget and is not begotten [112: 3] And there does not happen to be anyone a match for Him’ [112: 4]. One God and Lord-azwj, Glorious. He-azwj Desires and it is implemented, and He-azwj Intends and it is Decreed, and He-azwj Known and it is enumerated, and He-azwj Causes to die, and Revives, and Impoverishes and Enriches, and Causes to laugh and cry, and Draws near and Shortens, and Prevents and Prefers. For Him is the Kingdom and for Him is the Praise, – in His-azwj Hand is the good – and He is Able upon all things [64: 1] Merges the night into the day and Merges the day into the night, [22: 61] Indeed! He is the Mighty, the Forgiver [39: 5]. Answerer of the supplication, and Plentiful of the Granting, Enumerator of the breaths, and Lord-azwj of the Paradise.
