وَ بِإِسْنَادِهِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ: كُنَّا جُلُوساً مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ص إِذْ أَقْبَلَ إِلَيْهِ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَخْبِرْنِي عَنْ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ لِإِبْلِيسَ أَسْتَكْبَرْتَ أَمْ كُنْتَ مِنَ الْعالِينَ فَمَنْ هُمْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ الَّذِينَ هُمْ أَعْلَى مِنَ الْمَلَائِكَةِ
فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص أَنَا وَ عَلِيٌّ وَ فَاطِمَةُ وَ الْحَسَنُ وَ الْحُسَيْنُ كُنَّا فِي سُرَادِقِ الْعَرْشِ نُسَبِّحُ اللَّهَ وَ تُسَبِّحُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ لِتَسْبِيحِنَا قَبْلَ أَنْ خَلَقَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ آدَمَ بِأَلْفَيْ عَامٍ
فَلَمَّا خَلَقَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ آدَمَ أَمَرَ الْمَلَائِكَةَ أَنْ يَسْجُدُوا لَهُ وَ لَمْ يَأْمُرْنَا بِالسُّجُودِ فَسَجَدَتِ الْمَلَائِكَةُ كُلُّهُمْ إِلَّا إِبْلِيسَ فَإِنَّهُ أَبَى وَ لَمْ يَسْجُدْ فَقَالَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى أَسْتَكْبَرْتَ أَمْ كُنْتَ مِنَ الْعالِينَ أَيْ مِنْ هَؤُلَاءِ الْخَمْسِ الْمَكْتُوبِ أَسْمَاؤُهُمْ فِي سُرَادِقِ الْعَرْشِ
فَنَحْنُ بَابُ اللَّهِ الَّذِي يُؤْتَى مِنْهُ بِنَا يَهْتَدِي الْمُهْتَدُونَ فَمَنْ أَحَبَّنَا أَحَبَّهُ اللَّهُ وَ أَسْكَنَهُ جَنَّتَهُ وَ مَنْ أَبْغَضَنَا أَبْغَضَهُ اللَّهُ وَ أَسْكَنَهُ نَارَهُ وَ لَا يُحِبُّنَا إِلَّا مَنْ طَابَ مَوْلِدُهُ.
And by his chain from Abu Saeed Al Khudri who said, ‘We were seated with Rasool-Allah-saww when a man came to him-saww and said, ‘O Rasool-Allah-saww! Inform me about the Words of Allah-azwj Mighty and Majestic to Ibleesla: Were you arrogant or were you from the exalted ones? ” [38: 75]. So, who are they, O Rasool-Allah-saww, those who are more exalted than the Angels are? ’
Rasool-Allah-saww said: ‘I-saww, and Ali-asws, and (Syeda) Fatima-asws, and Al-Hassan-asws and Al-Husayn-asws. We were in the pavilions of the Throne glorifying Allah-azwj, and the Angels glorified to our-asws glorification, before Allah-azwj Mighty and Majestic Created Adamas by two thousand years. When Allah-azwj Mighty and Majestic Created Adamas Commanded the Angels to perform Sajdah to himas and did not Command us-asws with the Sajdah. So, the Angels did Sajdah, all of them, except Ibleesla. Hela refused and did not do Sajdah. So, Allah-azwj the Exalted Said: Were you arrogant or were you from the exalted ones? ” [38: 75] – i. e. from these five, their-asws names are inscribed in the pavilions of the Throne. Thus, we-asws are the door of Allah-azwj which He-azwj can be accessed from. The guided ones are being guided through us-asws. So, the one who loves us, loves Allah-azwj, and He-azwj would Settle him into His-azwj Paradise, and one who hates us-asws, Allah-azwj would Hate him and Settle him into His-azwj Fire; and no one will love us-asws except whose birth is good’’. [249]
