شف، كشف اليقين عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْقَزْوِينِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنِ ابْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ الثُّمَالِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ الْغِفَارِيِ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ: كُنْتُ خَادِماً لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ص وَ كَانَتْ لَيْلَةُ أُمِّ حَبِيبَةَ بِنْتِ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ فَأَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ص بِوَضُوءٍ فَقَالَ يَا أَنَسُ يَدْخُلُ عَلَيْكَ مِنْ هَذَا الْبَابِ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَ خَيْرُ الْوَصِيِّينَ أَقْدَمُ النَّاسِ سِلْماً وَ أَكْثَرُ النَّاسِ حِلْماً وَ أَرْجَحُ النَّاسِ حِلْماً
قُلْتُ اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْهُ مِنْ قَوْمِي فَلَمْ أَلْبَثْ أَنْ دَخَلَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ صَلَوَاتُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ مِنَ الْبَابِ وَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ يَتَوَضَّأُ وَ يَرُدُّ الْمَاءَ عَلَى وَجْهِ عَلِيٍّ حَتَّى امْتَلَأَتْ عَيْنَاهُ مِنَ الْمَاءِ
فَقَالَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ص هَلْ حَدَثَ فِيَّ حَدَثٌ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص مَا حَدَثَ فِيكَ يَا عَلِيُّ إِلَّا خَيْرٌ يَا عَلِيُّ أَنَا مِنْكَ وَ أَنْتَ مِنِّي تُؤَدِّي عَنِّي وَ تَفِي بِذِمَّتِي وَ تَغْسِلُنِي وَ تُوَارِينِي فِي لَحْدِي وَ تُسْمِعُ النَّاسَ عَنِّي وَ تُبَيِّنُ لَهُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِي
فَقَالَ لَهُ عَلِيٌّ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَ وَ مَا بَلَّغْتَ قَالَ بَلَى تُبَيِّنُ لَهُمْ مَا يَخْتَلِفُونَ فِيهِ بَعْدِي.
(The book) ‘Kashf Al Yaqeen’ – Ali Bin Muhammad Al Qazwiny, from Muhammad Bin Al Husayn, from Ibn Mahboub, from Abu Hamza Al Sumali, from Abu Is’haq, from Abu Bishr Al Ghifary, from Anas Bin Malik (well-known fabricator), ‘I was a servant of Rasool-Allah-saww, and it was a night of Umm Habeeba daughter of Abu Sufyan. I came to Rasool-Allah-saww with (water for performing) wud’u. He-saww said: ‘O Anas! There will be entering to you from this door, Emir of the Momineen, and best of the successors-as, the most advance of the people in becoming a Muslim, and most of the people of wisdom, and most outweighing of the people in forbearance’. I said, ‘O Allah-azwj! Make him to be from my people! ’ It was not long before Ali-asws Bin Abu Talib-asws entered from the door, and Rasool-Allah-saww was performing wud’u, and he-saww returned the water upon the face of Ali-asws until his-asws eyes were filled from the water. He-asws said to Rasool-Allah-saww: ‘Has anything newly occurred regarding me-asws? ’ Rasool-Allah-saww said: ‘Nothing has newly occurred regarding you-asws, O Ali-asws, except good. O Ali-asws! I-saww am from you-asws and you-asws are from me-saww. You-asws shall officiate on my-saww behalf, and fulfil my-saww responsibilities, and wash me-saww, and cover me-saww in my-saww grave, and make the people hear on my-saww behalf, and clarify for them from after me-saww’. Ali-asws said to him-saww: ‘O Rasool-Allah-saww! Or wouldn’t you-saww have already delivered? ’ He-saww said: ‘Yes, but you-asws will clarify for them whatever they are differing in, after me-saww’’.
