فض، كتاب الروضة بِالْإِسْنَادِ عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ قَالَ: إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ص أَنْفَذَ جَيْشاً وَ مَعَهُ عَلِيٌّ ع قَالَ فَأَبْطَأَ عَلَيْهِ قَالَ فَرَفَعَ النَّبِيُّ ص يَدَهُ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ وَ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ لَا تُمِتْنِي حَتَّى تُرِيَنِي وَجْهَ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ع. وَ هَذَا مَا يَرْفَعُهُ بِالْأَسَانِيدِ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ الْغِفَارِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص مَثَلُ عَلِيٍّ فِي هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ كَمَثَلِ الْكَعْبَةِ النَّظَرُ إِلَيْهَا عِبَادَةٌ وَ الْحَجُّ إِلَيْهَا فَرِيضَةٌ. وَ بِالْإِسْنَادِ يَرْفَعُهُ عَنْ جَابِرٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص إِنَّ مَلَكَيْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ لَيَفْتَخِرَانِ عَلَى سَائِرِ الْأَمْلَاكِ لِكَوْنِهِمَا مَعَ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ع لِأَنَّهُمَا لَمْ يَصْعَدَا إِلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ بِشَيْءٍ يُسْخِطُهُ.
‘Kitab Al Rawza’ – By the chain from Atiya who said, ‘Rasool-Allah-azwj enforced an army and Ali-asws was with it. He-asws was delayed to him-saww. The Prophet-saww raised his-saww hand towards the sky and said: ‘O Allah-azwj! Do not cause me-saww to die until You-azwj Show me-saww the face of Ali-asws Bin Abu Talib-asws’’. [94]
And this is what is raised by the chain, ‘From Abu Zarr Al-Ghifary-ra having said: ‘Rasool-Allah-saww said: ‘An example of Ali-asws in this community is like an example of the Kabah. The looking at it is an act of worship and performing the Hajj to it is an Obligation’’. [95]
And by the chain, raising it from Jabir having said, ‘Rasool-Allah-saww said: ‘The two (recording) Angels of Ali-asws Bin Abu Talib-asws are priding over rest of the Angels of their being with Ali-asws Bin Abu Talib-asws, because they have not ascended to Allah-azwj Mighty and Majestic with anything Angering Him-azwj’’. [96]
