The book) ‘Al Kharaij Wa Al Jaraih’ – It is reported from Abdullah Bin Shubrama who said, ‘Al-Reza-asws passed by us and we were contending regarding his-asws Imamate. When he-asws went out, I went out, me and Tameem Bin Yaqoub Al-Sarraj from the people of Barmah, and we were opponents of his-asws. We viewed the view of Zaydites. When we came to be in the desert, and there we were with a flock (of deers). Abu Al-Hassan-asws gestured towards a fawn from them, and behold, it came until it stood in front of him-asws. Abu Al-Hassan-asws took to wiping its head and raised it to his-asws slave. The fawn went on to be restless to return to its flock. So, Al-Reza-asws spoke to it in a speech we did not understand, and it calmed down. Then he-asws said: ‘O Abdullah! Or will you still not believe? ’ I said, ‘O my Master-asws! You-asws are a Divine Authority of Allah-azwj upon His-azwj creatures, and I am repentant to Allah-azwj. Then he-asws said to the deer: ‘Go! ’ The deer turned and its eyes were tearful. It wiped with Abu Al-Hassan-asws and devoted. Abu Al-Hassan-asws said: ‘Do you know what it is saying? ’ We said, ‘Allah-azwj and His-azwj Rasool-saww, and son-asws of His-azwj Rasool-saww are more knowing’. He-asws said: ‘It is saying, ‘You-asws called me, so I hoped that you-asws would be eating from my meat, so I answered, and you-asws have saddened me when you-asws ordered me with the going away! ’’[136]
