Hadith 36

d I-as addressed her similarly. She-as said to me-as: ‘May I-as be sacrificed for you-as! ’ I-as said to her-as: ‘May I-as be sacrificed for you-as, and entirety of the worlds! ’ She-as disliked that. I-as said to her-as: ‘Do not dislike what I-as have done, for Allah-azwj will be Gifting to you-as during this night, a boy, a chief in the world and the Hereafter, and he-ajfj is the relief of the Momineen’. She-as was embarrassed. I-as pondered over her but could not see any traces or signs in her. I-as said to my-as Master-asws Abu Muhammad-asws: ‘I-as do not see any signs being with her-as! ’
He-asws smiled, then said: ‘We-asws, community of successors-asws, we-asws are not carried in the bellies, and rather we-asws are carried in the side, and we-asws do not exit from the wombs, and rather we-asws exit from the right thigh from our-asws mothers-as, because we-asws are Noor of Allah-azwj Which the filths cannot be attracted to it’. I-as said to him-asws: ‘O my-as Master-asws! You-asws informed me-as and he-ajfj would be blessed during this night, so in which timing from it? ’ He-asws said to me-as: ‘During the emergence of dawn would be blessed, the one prestigious to Allah-azwj, if Allah-azwj so Desires’. Hakeema-as said: ‘I-as stayed and looked, and slept nearby from Narjis-as, and Abu Muhammad-asws spent the night on a stone bench in the house which we were in. When the time of the night Salat arrived, I-as stood up, and Narjis-as was sleeping, there being no trace of (Imminent) with her-as. I-as took to my-as Salat, then I-as prayed Al-Witr Salat. I-asws was in Al-Witr until it occurred in my soul that the dawn is emerging, and something entered my heart. Abu Muhammad-asws called out from the bench: ‘The dawn has not emerged, O aunt! ’ I-as quickened the Salat and moved Narjis-as and went near her-as and hugged her-as to me-as and named (Allah-azwj) upon her-as. Then I-as said to her-as: ‘Do you feel anything? ’ She-as said: ‘Yes! ’
Sleep occurred upon me-as I-as had not control with it. I-as slept and similar to that occurred upon Narjis-as, and she-asws slept. I-as did not wake up except with the sound of my-as Master-ajfj Al-Mahdi-ajfj, and Abu Muhammad-asws calling out saying: ‘O aunt! Bring my-asws son-ajfj to me-asws, for I-asws want to kiss him-ajfj! ’
I-as uncovered from my-as Master-ajfj, and there I-saww was with him-ajfj performing Sajdah, touching the ground with his-ajfj prostration limbs, and upon his-ajfj right forearm was written: ‘The Truth has come, and the Falsehood has vanished, surely the falsehood would always vanish’ [17: 81]. I-as hugged him-ajfj to me-as. I-as found him-ajfj being freed from (cleansing), and I-as wrapped him-ajfj in a cloth and carried him-ajfj to Abu Muhammad-asws. He-asws held him-ajfj and seated him-ajfj upon his-asws left palm and made his-asws right palm to be upon his-ajfj back. Then he-asws inserted his-asws tongue into his-ajfj mouth and passed his-asws hand upon his-ajfj back, and his-ajfj ears and his-ajfj joints, then said to him-ajfj: ‘Speak, O my-asws son-ajfj! ’
