ختص، الإختصاص بِإِسْنَادِهِ عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْمَدَائِنِيِّ قَالَ: قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع مَا مَعْنَى قَوْلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ فِي مُحْكَمِ كِتَابِهِ وَ ما كُنْتَ بِجانِبِ الطُّورِ إِذْ نادَيْنا
فَقَالَ ع كِتَابٌ لَنَا كَتَبَهُ اللَّهُ يَا أَبَا سَعِيدٍ فِي وَرَقٍ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَخْلُقَ الْخَلَائِقَ بِأَلْفَيْ عَامٍ صَيَّرَهُ مَعَهُ فِي عَرْشِهِ أَوْ تَحْتَ عَرْشِهِ
فِيهِ يَا شِيعَةَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ أَعْطَيْتُكُمْ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَسْأَلُونِي وَ غَفَرْتُ لَكُمْ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَسْتَغْفِرُونِي مَنْ أَتَانِي مِنْكُمْ بِوَلَايَةِ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ أَسْكَنْتُهُ جَنَّتِي بِرَحْمَتِي.
(The book) ‘Al-Ikhtisaas’ – By his chain, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Urwah Bin Yahya, from Abu Saeed Al Madainy who said, ‘I said to Abu Abdullah-asws, ‘What is the meaning of Words of Allah-azwj Mighty and Majestic in the Decisive of His-azwj Book: And you were not by the side of the (mount) Toor when We Called out, [28: 46]? ’
He-asws said: ‘O Abu Saeed, a Letter to us-asws Allah-azwj had Written it in a leaf before He-azwj Created the creatures by two thousand years, Making it to be with Him-azwj in His-azwj Throne, or beneath His-azwj Throne. In it is, ‘O Shias of Progeny-asws of Muhammad-saww! I-azwj shall Give you before you even ask Me-azwj and Forgive for you all before you even seek My-azwj Forgiveness. One from you whom come to Me-azwj having Wilayah of Progeny-asws of Muhammad-saww, I-azwj shall Settle him in My-azwj Paradise due to My-azwj Mercy’’. [124]
