مكا، مكارم الأخلاق سَأَلَ السَّابَاطِيُّ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع عَنِ النِّسَاءِ كَيْفَ يُسَلِّمْنَ إِذَا دَخَلْنَ عَلَى الْقَوْمِ قَالَ الْمَرْأَةُ تَقُولُ عَلَيْكُمُ السَّلَامُ وَ الرَّجُلُ يَقُولُ السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ.
(The book) ‘Makarim Al Akhlaq’ –
‘Al-Sabaty asked Abu Abdullah-asws about the women, how should they greet when they enter upon a group of people. He-asws said: ‘The woman should say, ‘Upon you be the greetings’, and the man should say, ‘The greetings be upon you’’. [25]
