الْمُعْتَبَرُ، نَقْلًا مِنْ كِتَابِ الْجَامِعِ لِلْبَزَنْطِيِّ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ رَفَعَهُ قَالَ: الْمَقْتُولُ إِذَا قُطِعَ أَعْضَاؤُهُ يُصَلَّى عَلَى الْعُضْوِ الَّذِي فِيهِ الْقَلْبُ. وَ عَنِ الْجَامِعِ أَيْضاً عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ قَالَ: بَلَغَنِي عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ع أَنَّهُ يُصَلَّى عَلَى كُلِّ عُضْوٍ رِجْلًا كَانَ أَوْ يَداً أَوِ الرَّأْسَ جُزْءاً فَمَا زَادَ فَإِذَا نَقَصَ عَنْ رَأْسٍ أَوْ يَدٍ أَوْ رِجْلٍ لَمْ يُصَلَّ عَلَيْهِ. تنقيح ثِقَةُ الْإِسْلَامِ فِي الْكَافِي بِسَنَدٍ مُرْسَلٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ: إِذَا وُجِدَ الرَّجُلُ قَتِيلًا فَإِنْ وُجِدَ لَهُ عُضْوٌ تَامٌّ صُلِّيَ عَلَيْهِ وَ دُفِنَ وَ إِنْ لَمْ يُوجَدْ لَهُ عُضْوٌ تَامٌّ لَمْ يُصَلَّ عَلَيْهِ وَ دُفِنَ. رُوِيَ فِي دَعَائِمِ الْإِسْلَامِ عَنْ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع أَنَّهُ قَالَ: يُصَلَّى عَلَى مَا وُجِدَ مِنَ الْإِنْسَانِ مِمَّا يُعْلَمُ أَنَّهُ إِذَا فَارَقَهُ مَاتَ.
(The book) ‘Al Mo’tabar’ – copying from the book ‘Al Jamie’ of Al Bazanty – from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Isa, from one of his companions, raising it, ‘He-asws said: ‘The killed one, when his limbs are cut off, the body parts in which is the heart, the Salat will be prayed upon it’’. [8]
And from ‘Al Jamie’ as well, from Ibn Al Mugheira who said, ‘It has reached me from Abu Ja’far-asws and he-asws had prayed upon all body parts, whether it was a leg, or hand, or the head cut off, and whatever is more. When there is a deficient from a head, or hand, or a leg, do not pray Salat upon it’’. [9]
Review (Ahadeeth only) – The trusted one of (Kulayni) in Al-Kafi, by an unbroken chain, from Abu Abdullah-asws having said: ‘When the man is found as killed, if the complete body parts are found, he would be prayed Salat upon and buried, and if complete body parts cannot be found, he would not be prayed Salat upon and buried’’. It is reported in ‘Da’aim ’ – ‘From Amir Al-Momineen-asws having said: ‘It shall be prayed Salat upon whatever is found from the human being, from what is known when he is separated, he would die’’.
