الْبَلَدُ، وَ الْجَمَالُ، وَ الْمُتَهَجِّدُ، وَ الْإِخْتِيَارُ، وَ يُسْتَحَبُّ أَنْ يَسْتَغْفِرَ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى هَذَا الِاسْتِغْفَارَ آخِرَ نَهَارِ الْخَمِيسِ- فَيَقُولَ
أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ الَّذِي لا إِلهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ وَ أَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ تَوْبَةَ عَبْدٍ خَاضِعٍ مِسْكِينٍ مُسْتَكِينٍ لَا يَسْتَطِيعُ لِنَفْسِهِ صَرْفاً وَ لَا عَدْلًا وَ لَا نَفْعاً وَ لَا ضَرّاً وَ لَا مَوْتاً وَ لَا حَيَاةً وَ لَا نُشُوراً وَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ عِتْرَتِهِ الطَّيِّبِينَ الْأَخْيَارِ الطَّيِّبِينَ الْأَبْرَارِ وَ سَلَّمَ تَسْلِيماً
ثُمَّ يَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ يَا خَالِقَ نُورِ النَّبِيِّينَ وَ مُرْزِغَ قُبُورِ الْعَالَمِينَ وَ دَيَّانَ حَقَائِقِ يَوْمِ الدِّينِ وَ الْمَالِكَ لِحُكْمِ الْأَوَّلِينَ وَ الْآخِرِينَ وَ الْمُسَبِّحِينَ وَ الْعَالِمَ بِكُلِّ تَكْوِينٍ
أَشْهَدُ بِعِزَّتِكَ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَ السَّمَاءِ وَ حِجَابِكَ الْمَنِيعِ عَلَى أَهْلِ الطُّغْيَانِ يَا خَالِقَ رُوحِي وَ مُقَدِّرَ قُوتِي وَ الْعَالِمَ بِسِرِّي وَ جَهْرِي لَكَ سُجُودِي وَ عُبُودِي وَ لِعَدُوِّكَ عُنُودِي يَا مَعْبُودِي
أَشْهَدُ أَنَّكَ أَنْتَ اللَّهُ الَّذِي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ وَحْدَكَ لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ عَلَيْكَ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَ إِلَيْكَ أُنِيبُ وَ أَنْتَ حَسْبِي وَ نِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ: وَ يُسْتَحَبُّ أَنْ يَقْرَأَ فِيهِ سُورَةَ الْمَائِدَةِ وَ أَنْ يَقْرَأَ الْقَدْرَ أَلْفَ مَرَّةٍ وَ يُصَلِّيَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ كَذَلِكَ وَ يَقُولَ اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَ عَجِّلْ فَرَجَهُمْ وَ أَهْلِكْ عَدُوَّهُمْ
(The books) ‘Al Balad’, and ‘Al Jamal’, and ‘Al Mutahajjid’, and ‘Al Ikhtiyar’ –
‘And it is recommended that he seeks Forgiveness of Allah-azwj the Exalted with this seeking of Forgiveness at the end of the day of Thursday. He should say: –
‘I seek Forgiveness of Allah-azwj Who, there is no god except He-azwj, the Living, the Eternal, and I repent to Him-azwj, a repentance by a servant who is humble, poor, servile, not capable for himself of neither turning (evil) away nor changing, nor benefit, nor harm, nor death nor life, nor Resurrections! And may Allah-azwj Send Salawaat upon Muhammad-saww and his-saww family‑asws, the goodly the best, the goodly the righteous, and abundant Greetings! ’
Then he should say, ‘O Allah-azwj! O Creator of the Noor of the Prophets-as, and Illuminator of graves of the worlds, and Judge of realities on the Day of religion (Judgment), and the King of Judging the former ones and the latter ones, and the glorifiers, and the Knower of every created being! I testify by Your-azwj Might in the earth and the sky, Your-azwj Invincible Veil upon the people of tyranny! O Creator of my soul and Determiner of my strength, and the Knower of my secrets and my openness! To You-azwj is my Sajdah and my worship, and to Your-azwj enemy is my hostility, O Deity! I testify that, surely, You-azwj are Allah-azwj Who, there is no god except You-azwj Alone! There is no associate for You-azwj. I rely upon You-azwj and to You-azwj I repent, and You-azwj Suffice me and as the best Protector! ’
And it is recommended that he recites during it (Thursday) Surah Al-Maidah, and he should recite (Surah) Al-Qadr a thousand times, and he should send Salawaat upon the Prophet-azwj like that, and he should say: ‘O Allah-azwj! Send Salawaat upon Muhammad-saww and Progeny‑asws of Muhammad-saww and Hasten their-asws relief, and Destroy their-asws enemies from the Jinn and the humans, from the former ones and the latter ones! ’
