فس، تفسير القمي أَبِي عَنِ النَّضْرِ عَنْ يَحْيَى الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ مُسْكَانَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ: إِذَا كَانَ لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ نَزَلَتِ الْمَلَائِكَةُ وَ الرُّوحُ وَ الْكَتَبَةُ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ الدُّنْيَا فَيَكْتُبُونَ مَا يَكُونُ مِنْ قَضَاءِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى فِي تِلْكَ السَّنَةِ
فَإِذَا أَرَادَ اللَّهُ أَنْ يُقَدِّمَ شَيْئاً أَوْ يُؤَخِّرَهُ أَوْ يَنْقُصَ شَيْئاً أَوْ يَزِيدَ أَمَرَ الْمَلَكَ أَنْ يَمْحُوَ مَا يَشَاءُ ثُمَّ أَثْبَتَ الَّذِي أَرَادَ
قُلْتُ وَ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ هُوَ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ مُثْبَتٌ فِي كِتَابٍ
قَالَ نَعَمْ
قُلْتُ فَأَيُّ شَيْءٍ يَكُونُ بَعْدَهُ
قَالَ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ ثُمَّ يُحْدِثُ اللَّهُ أَيْضاً مَا يَشَاءُ تَبَارَكَ وَ تَعَالَى.
Tafseer Al Qummi – My father, from Al Nazr, from Yahya Al Halby, from Ibn Muskan, ‘From Abu Abdullah-asws having said: ‘Whenever it was Laylat Al-Qadr, the Angels, and the Spirit, and the Books descend to the sky of the world. They are writing what would be happening from the Decrees of Allah-azwj the Exalted in that year. Whenever Allah-azwj Advances something or Delays it, or Decreases something or Increases, Commands the Angel to Delete whatever He-azwj so Desires, then He-azwj Affirms that which He-azwj Wants’. I said, ‘And all things, it is Affirmed in a Book in the Presence of Allah-azwj? ’
He-asws said: ‘Yes’. I said, ‘So which thing happens after it? ’
He-asws said: ‘Glory be to Allah-azwj! Then Allah-azwj Brings into occurrence as well whatever He‑azwj Blessed and Exalted so Desires’’. [33]
