ما، الأمالي للشيخ الطوسي الْمُفِيدُ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ الصَّفَّارِ عَنِ ابْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ: سُئِلَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ ع عَنْ لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ فَقَالَ تَنَزَّلُ فِيهَا الْمَلَائِكَةُ وَ الرُّوحُ وَ الْكَتَبَةُ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ الدُّنْيَا فَيَكْتُبُونَ مَا هُوَ كَائِنٌ فِي أَمْرِ السَّنَةِ وَ مَا يُصِيبُ الْعِبَادُ فِيهَا
قَالَ وَ أَمْرٌ مَوْقُوفٌ لِلَّهِ تَعَالَى فِيهِ الْمَشِيَّةُ يُقَدِّمُ مِنْهُ مَا يَشَاءُ وَ يُؤَخِّرُ مَا يَشَاءُ وَ هُوَ قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى يَمْحُوا اللَّهُ ما يَشاءُ وَ يُثْبِتُ وَ عِنْدَهُ أُمُّ الْكِتابِ.
(The book) ‘Al Amaali’ of the sheykh Al Tusi – Al Mufeed, from Ahmad Bin Al Waleed, from his father, from Al Saffar, from Ibn Mahboub, from Al A’la, from Muhammad who said, ‘Abu Ja’far-asws was asked about Laylat Al-Qadr. He-asws said: ‘The Angels, and the Spirit, and the Books descend to sky of the world. They write what is to happen regarding matters of the years and what the servants will be afflicted with during it’. He-asws said: ‘And the Command is paused. For Allah-azwj the Exalted there is the Desire in it. He-azwj Advances whatever He-azwj Desires and Delays whatever He-azwj Desires to, and t is Word of the Exalted: Allah Deletes and Affirms whatever He so Desires to, and with Him is the Mother of the Book [13: 39]’’.
