expedition having no ‘Guloul’ (stealing from the war booty before its distribution), and an accomplished Hajj’’. [58]
(The book) ‘Al Amaali’ of the sheykh Al Tusi –
‘From Amir Al-Momineen-asws having said: ‘The most superior of what the seekers of means can seek means with is the Eman with Allah-azwj’ – up to he-asws said: ‘And Hajj of the House (Kabah) for it is an eliminator of the debts and an erasure of the sins’’. [59]
(The book) ‘Al Amaali’ of the sheykh Al Tusi – Ibn Hasheesh, from Muhammad Bin Ahmad Bin Ali, from Al Munzir Bin Muhammad, from Yusuf Bin Musa, from Al-Hassan Bin Ali, from Abdul Razzaq, from Malik Bin Abu Ziyad, from Al A’raj, from Abu Hureyra (well-known fabricator) who said, ‘Rasool-Allah-saww said: ‘Whenever it would be the day of Arafaah, Allah-azwj the Exalted Forgives for the sincere Pilgrim, and when it would be the night at Muzdalifa, Allah-azwj the Exalted Forgives for the sincere trader, and when it would be the day at Mina, Allah-azwj the Exalted Forgives for the cameleers (carriers), and when it would be at the rocks of Al-Aqaba, Allah-azwj the Exalted Forgives for the requesters. Thus, no person from the ones who say (testify) that there is no god except Allah-azwj, attends that place except Allah-azwj Forgives for him’’. [60]
(The book) ‘Al Amaali’ of the sheykh Al Tusi, by a chain of Al Mujashie, ‘From Al-Sadiq-asws, from his-asws forefathers-asws having said: ‘Amir Al-Momineen-asws: ‘Do not neglect Hajj of the House of your Lord-azwj! It should not be devoid from you for as long as you remain (alive), for if you were to neglect it, you will not be respited, and the least of what one going to it return from is that it is Forgiven for him what has passed (from his sins)’’. [61]
(The book) ‘Ilal Al Sharaie’, (and) ‘Uyoun Akhbar Al-Reza-asws’, may the greetings be upon him-asws – Ibn Al Waleed, from Al Saffar, from Ibn Isa, from his father, from Ibn Khalid who said, ‘I said to Abu Al-Hassan-asws, ‘For which thing did the Pilgrim become such that no sin is written against him for four months? ’
He-asws said: ‘Because Allah-azwj Blessed and Exalted had Legalised the Sanctuary for the Polytheists for four months when He-azwj Said: So go about in the land for four months [9: 2]. From that He-azwj Granted for the one performing Hajj of the House (Kabah), the sins of four months’’. [62]
(The book) ‘Ma’any Al Akhbar’ – My father, from Saeed, from Ibn Isa, from Muhammad Bin Sinan, from Abu Al Jaroud, ‘From Abu Ja’far-asws regarding Words of Allah-azwj Blessed and Exalted: Therefore flee to Allah, surely I am a clear warner to you from Him [51: 50]. He-asws said: ‘Perform Hajj to Allah-azwj! ’’[63]
