Chapter on a Man Who Bequeaths a Portion of His Wealth to Another and is Then Killed by Mistake — الحديث 5537

5537 - وَ فِي خَبَرٍ آخَرَ: سُئِلَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ أَوْصَى بِثُلُثِ مَالِهِ ثُمَّ قُتِلَ خَطَأً قَالَ "ثُلُثُ دِيَتِهِ دَاخِلٌ فِي وَصِيَّتِهِ".
Hadith. 5537 - In another narration, Abu Abdullah (as), was asked about a man who had bequeathed one-third of his wealth and was then killed by mistake. Imam (as) said: "One-third of his blood money (diyyah) is included in his bequest. "
