وَ مِنْهُ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ع قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص أَتَانِي جَبْرَئِيلُ وَ قَدْ نَشَرَ جَنَاحَيْهِ فَإِذَا فِيهَا مَكْتُوبٌ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ مُحَمَّدٌ النَّبِيُّ وَ مَكْتُوبٌ عَلَى الْآخَرِ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ عَلِيٌّ الْوَصِيُ. 20 الْكَرَاجُكِيُّ فِي كَنْزِ الْفَوَائِدِ، حَدَّثَنِي الشَّرِيفُ طَاهِرُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْحُسَيْنِيُّ بِمِصْرَ سَنَةَ سَبْعٍ وَ أَرْبَعِمِائَةٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ الْخَلَّالِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ الطِّهْرَانِيِّ وَ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْفَضْلِ عَنْ أَبِي عَلِيٍّ الْحَسَنِ التَّمَّارِ كِلَاهُمَا عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مُعَمَّرٍ قَالَ: أَشْخَصَنِي هِشَامُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ عَنْ أَرْضِ الْحِجَازِ إِلَى الشَّامِ زَائِراً لَهُ فَسِرْتُ فَلَمَّا أَتَيْتُ أَرْضَ الْبَلْقَاءِ رَأَيْتُ جَبَلًا أَسْوَدَ وَ عَلَيْهِ مَكْتُوبٌ أَحْرُفاً لَمْ أَعْلَمْ مَا هِيَ فَعَجِبْتُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ ثُمَّ دَخَلْتُ عُمَانَ قَصَبَةَ الْبَلْقَاءِ فَسَأَلْتُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ يَقْرَأُ مَا عَلَى الْقُبُورِ وَ الْجِبَالِ فَأُرْشِدْتُ إِلَى شَيْخٍ كَبِيرٍ فَعَرَّفْتُهُ مَا رَأَيْتُ فَقَالَ اطْلُبْ شَيْئاً أَرْكَبُهُ لِأَخْرُجَ مَعَكَ فَحَمَلْتُهُ مَعِي عَلَى رَاحِلَتِي وَ خَرَجْنَا إِلَى الْجَبَلِ وَ مَعِي مَحْبَرَةٌ وَ بَيَاضٌ فَلَمَّا قَرَأَهُ قَالَ لِي مَا أَعْجَبَ مَا عَلَيْهِ بِالْعِبْرَانِيَّةِ فَنَقَلْتُهُ بِالْعَرَبِيَّةِ فَإِذَا هُوَ بِاسْمِكَ اللَّهُمَّ جَاءَ الْحَقُّ مِنْ رَبِّكَ بِلِسانٍ عَرَبِيٍّ مُبِينٍ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ وَ عَلِيٌّ وَلِيُّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمَا وَ كَتَبَ مُوسَى بْنُ عِمْرَانَ بِيَدِهِ. 21 الْمَنَاقِبُ، لِمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ شَاذَانَ الْقُمِّيِّ بِإِسْنَادِهِ عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ص يَقُولُ إِنَّ لِلشَّمْسِ وَجْهَيْنِ فَوَجْهٌ يُضِيءُ لِأَهْلِ السَّمَاءِ وَ وَجْهٌ يُضِيءُ لِأَهْلِ الْأَرْضِ وَ عَلَى الْوَجْهَيْنِ مِنْهُمَا كِتَابَةٌ
ثُمَّ قَالَ أَ تَدْرُونَ مَا تِلْكَ الْكِتَابَةُ قُلْنَا اللَّهُ وَ رَسُولُهُ أَعْلَمُ قَالَ الْكِتَابَةُ الَّتِي تَلِي أَهْلَ السَّمَاءِ اللَّهُ نُورُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَ الْأَرْضِ وَ أَمَّا الْكِتَابَةُ الَّتِي تَلِي أَهْلَ الْأَرْضِ عَلِيٌّ نُورُ الْأَرَضِينَ.
And from him, from Aliasws having said: ‘Rasool-Allahsaww said: ‘Jibraeelas came to mesaww and heas had spread out hisas wings, and there it was written in these: “There is no god except Allahazwj, Muhammadsaww is the Prophetsaww”, and it was written upon the other: “There is no god except Allahazwj, Aliasws is the successorasws”’. [19]

(The book) ‘Al Manaqib’ of Muhammad Bin Ahmad Bin Shazan Al Qummi, by his chain from Ibn Masoud who said, ‘I heard Rasool-Allahsaww saying: ‘There are two facets for the sun – a facet illuminating for the inhabitants of the sky, and a facet illuminating for the inhabitants of the earth, and upon the two facets there is a writing’. Then hesaww said: ‘Do you know what that writing is? ’ We said, ‘Allahazwj and Hisazwj Rasoolsaww are more knowing’. Hesaww said: ‘The writing which is towards the inhabitants of the sky is: “Allahazwj is Light (Noor) of the skies and the earth”, and as for the writing which is towards the inhabitants of the earth: “Aliasws is light (noor) of the earths”’. [21]
