وَ رَوَى صَاحِبُ الْكَشَّافِ وَ الثَّعْلَبِيُ فِي تَفْسِيرِ قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى قُلْ لا أَسْئَلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ أَجْراً الْآيَةَ. بِإِسْنَادِهِ إِلَى جَرِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْبَجَلِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص مَنْ مَاتَ عَلَى حُبِّ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ مَاتَ شَهِيداً أَلَا وَ مَنْ مَاتَ عَلَى حُبِّ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ مَاتَ مَغْفُوراً لَهُ أَلَا وَ مَنْ مَاتَ عَلَى حُبِّ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ مَاتَ تَائِباً أَلَا وَ مَنْ مَاتَ عَلَى حُبِّ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ مَاتَ مُؤْمِناً مُسْتَكْمِلَ الْإِيمَانِ
أَلَا وَ مَنْ مَاتَ عَلَى حُبِّ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ بَشَّرَهُ مَلَكُ الْمَوْتِ بِالْجَنَّةِ ثُمَّ مُنْكَرٌ وَ نَكِيرٌ أَلَا وَ مَنْ مَاتَ عَلَى حُبِّ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ يُزَفُّ إِلَى الْجَنَّةِ كَمَا تُزَفُّ الْعَرُوسُ إِلَى بَيْتِ زَوْجِهَا
أَلَا وَ مَنْ مَاتَ عَلَى حُبِّ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ زُوَّارَ قَبْرِهِ الْمَلَائِكَةَ بِالرَّحْمَةِ أَلَا وَ مَنْ مَاتَ عَلَىحُبِّ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ مَاتَ عَلَى السُّنَّةِ وَ الْجَمَاعَةِ
أَلَا وَ مَنْ مَاتَ عَلَى بُغْضِ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ جَاءَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مَكْتُوباً بَيْنَ عَيْنَيْهِ آيِسٌ مِنْ رَحْمَةِ اللَّهِ أَلَا وَ مَنْ مَاتَ عَلَى بُغْضِ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ لَمْ يَشَمَّ رَائِحَةَ الْجَنَّةِ.
And it is reported by the author of (the book) ‘Al-Kashaf’, and Sa’alby in Tafseer of the Words of Exalted: Say: ‘I do not ask you for recompense over it, [42: 23] – the Verse. By his chain to Jareer Bin Abdullah Al Bajaly who said, ‘Rasool-Allahsaww said: ‘One who dies upon the love of Progenyasws of Muhammadsaww, dies a martyr. Indeed! And one who dies upon the love of Progenyasws of Muhammadsaww dies Forgiven for. Indeed! And one who dies upon the love of Progenyasws of Muhammadsaww dies repentant. Indeed! And one who dies upon love of Progenyasws of Muhammadsaww dies a Momin of complete Eman. Indeed! And one who dies upon love of Progenyasws of Muhammadsaww, the Angel of death would give him the glad tidings of the Paradise, then Munkar and Nakeer (questioning Angels). Indeed! And one who dies upon love of Progenyasws of Muhammadsaww would be escorted to the Paradise just as the bride tends to be escorted to the house of her husband. Indeed! And one who dies upon love of Progenyasws of Muhammad, Allahazwj will Make the Angels visit his grave with the mercy. Indeed! And one who dies upon love of Progenyasws of Muhammadsaww dies upon the Sunnah and the congregation. Indeed! And one who dies upon hatred of Progenyasws of Muhammadsaww would come on the Day of Qiyamah, with (the words) ‘Despaired from Mercy of Allahazwj’ written between his eyes. Indeed! And one who dies upon hatred of Progenyasws of Muhammadsaww would not (even be able to) smell the aroma of Paradise’’. [201]
