(The book) ‘Al Amaali’ of Al Sadouq – Ibn Idrees, from his father, from Al Ash’ary, from Ibn Hashim, from Amro Bin Usman, from Muhammad Bin Uzafir, from Abu Hamza, from Ali Bin Al Kharour, from Al Qasim Bin Abu Saeed who said, ‘(Syeda) Fatima-asws came to the Prophet-saww and mentioned the weak (financial) state in his-saww presence. He-saww said to her-asws: ‘Do you-asws not know what is the status of Ali-asws with me-saww? He-asws sufficed me-saww of my-saww affairs when he-asws was twelve years old, and he-asws struck with the sword in front of me-saww and he was sixteen years old, and he-asws killed the heroes and he-asws was nineteen years old, and he-asws relieved my-saww worries and he-asws was twenty years old, and he-asws raised the door of Khyber and he-asws was twenty-two years old, and even fifty men would not lift it’. The colour of (Syeda) Fatima-asws shone, and her-asws feet could not settle until she-asws informed Ali-asws. He-asws said: ‘How would it be if he-saww had narrated to you-asws with the Grace of Allah-azwj upon me-asws, all of it! ’’[14]
