(The book) ‘Al Kafi’ – Ali Bin Ibrahim, from Ismail Bin Marrar, from Yunus, from Muawiya Bin Ammar, ‘From Abu Abdullah-asws having said: ‘The performer of Tumatto is attached with the Hajj, and the performer of the Umra, when he is free from it, goes wherever he so desires to. And Al-Husayn-asws Bin Ali-asws had performed Umra in Zil-Hijja. Then he-asws went to Al-Iraq during the day of Al-Tarwiyya, and the people were going to Mina; and there is no problem with the Umra during Zil-Hijja for the one who does not intend the Hajj’’. [28]
