قب، المناقب لابن شهرآشوب يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَسْبَاطٍ قَالَ دَخَلْتُ عَلَى أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع فِي مَرْضَتِهِ الَّتِي مَاتَ فِيهَا فَقَالَ يَا يَزِيدُ أَ تَرَى هَذَا الصَّبِيَّ إِذَا رَأَيْتَ النَّاسَ قَدِ اخْتَلَفُوا فِيهِ فَاشْهَدْ عَلَيَّ بِأَنِّي أَخْبَرْتُكَ أَنَّ يُوسُفَ إِنَّمَا كَانَ ذَنْبُهُ عِنْدَ إِخْوَتِهِ حَتَّى طَرَحُوهُ فِي الْجُبِّ الْحَسَدَ لَهُ حِينَ أَخْبَرَهُمْ أَنَّهُ رَأَى أَحَدَ عَشَرَ كَوْكَباً وَ الشَّمْسَ وَ الْقَمَرَ وَ هُمْ لَهُ سَاجِدُونَ وَ كَذَلِكَ لَا بُدَّ لِهَذَا الْغُلَامِ مِنْ أَنْ يُحْسَدَ
ثُمَّ دَعَا مُوسَى وَ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ وَ إِسْحَاقَ وَ محمد [مُحَمَّداً] وَ الْعَبَّاسَ وَ قَالَ لَهُمْ هَذَا وَصِيُّ الْأَوْصِيَاءِ وَ عَالِمُ عِلْمِ الْعُلَمَاءِ وَ شَهِيدٌ عَلَى الْأَمْوَاتِ وَ الْأَحْيَاءِ ثُمَّ قَالَ يَا يَزِيدُ سَتُكْتَبُ شَهادَتُهُمْ وَ يُسْئَلُونَ.
(The book) ‘Al Manaqib’ of Ibn Shehr Ashub – Yazeed Bin Asbaat who said, ‘I entered to see Abu Abdullah-asws during his-asws illness in which he-asws passed away. He-asws said: ‘O Yazeed! Do you see this child? When you see the people to have differed regarding him-asws, then testify upon me-asws that I-asws had informed you that Yusuf-as, rather his-as sin with his-as brothers, until they dropped him-as in the well in envy to him-as, was that he-as informed them when he-as saw eleven stars and the sun and the moon, and they were prostrating to him-as. And similar to that, there is no escape for this boy-asws from being envied’. The he-asws called for Musa-asws, and Abdullah, and Is’haq, and Muhammad, and Al-Abbas, and said to them: ‘This (Musa-asws) is successor-asws of the successors-asws, and knower of the knowledge of the scholars, and a witness upon the dead and the living’. Then he-asws said: ‘O Yazeed! Their testimonies would be recorded, and they would be Questioned [43: 19]’’. [59]
