وَ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ قَالَ: مَا أَخَذَتِ السَّمَاوَاتُ وَ الْأَرْضُ مِنَ الْعَرْشِ إِلَّا كَمَا تَأْخُذُ الْحَلْقَةُ مِنْ أَرْضِ الْفَلَاةِ.

And from Mujahid who said, ‘The skies and the earth do not take from the Throne except like what (space) the ring would take from a land of wilderness (desert)’’. [19] (Not a Hadeeth and non-Shia source)
