ل، الخصال أَبِي عَنِ الْكُمُنْدَانِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ عِيسَى عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ مُصْعَبٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع يَقُولُ ثَلَاثَةٌ لَا عُذْرَ لِأَحَدٍ فِيهَا أَدَاءُ الْأَمَانَةِ إِلَى الْبَرِّ وَ الْفَاجِرِ وَ الْوَفَاءُ بِالْعَهْدِ لِلْبَرِّ وَ الْفَاجِرِ وَ بِرُّ الْوَالِدَيْنِ بَرَّيْنِ كَانَا أَوْ فَاجِرَيْنِ.
(The book) ‘Al Khisaal’ – My father, from Al Kumandany, from Ibn Isa, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Al Husayn Bin Mus’ab who said, ‘I heard Abu Abdullah-asws saying: ‘Three (matters), there is no excuse for anyone regarding these – fulfilling the entrustment to the righteous and the immoral, and the loyalty with the pact to the righteous and the immoral, and righteousness to the parents, whether they were to be righteous or immoral’’. [50]
