ل، الخصال فِيمَا أَوْصَى بِهِ النَّبِيُّ ص عَلِيّاً ع يَا عَلِيُّ كَفَرَ بِاللَّهِ الْعَظِيمِ مِنْ هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ عَشَرَةٌ الْقَتَّالُ وَ السَّاحِرُ وَ الدَّيُّوثُ وَ نَاكِحُ الْمَرْأَةِ حَرَاماً فِي دُبُرِهَا وَ نَاكِحُ الْبَهِيمَةِ وَ مَنْ نَكَحَ ذَاتَ مَحْرَمٍ مِنْهُ وَ السَّاعِي فِي الْفِتْنَةِ وَ بَائِعُ السِّلَاحِ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْحَرْبِ وَ مَانِعُ الزَّكَاةِ وَ مَنْ وَجَدَ سَعَةً فَمَاتَ وَ لَمْ يَحُجَ.
(The book) ‘Al Khisaal’ –
‘Among what the Prophet-saww had advised Ali-asws with: ‘O Ali-asws! Ten (types) from this community have disbelieved in Allah-azwj the Magnificent – the murderer, and the sorcerer, and the cuckold, and one having union with the woman unlawfully in her behind, and one committing bestiality, and one who marries one with sanctity from him, and the striver regarding the Fitna, and the seller of the weapons to the people at war, and preventer of the Zakat, and one who find capacity, but he dies and did not perform Hajj’’. [16]
