ين، كتاب حسين بن سعيد و النوادر عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ بَحْرٍ عَنْ حَرِيزٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَتَزَوَّجُ امْرَأَةً فِي عِدَّتِهَا قَالَ يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَهُمَا فَلَا تَحِلُّ لَهُ أَبَداً.
The book of Haseen Bin Saeed, and ‘Al Nawadir’ – Abdullah Bin Bahr, from Hareez, from Muhammad Bin Muslim who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah-asws about the man who marries a woman during her waiting period. He-asws said: ‘There would be separation between the two. She will not be lawful for him, ever! ’’[11]
