Chapter on the Inheritance of Grandfathers and Grandmothers — الحديث 5637

5637 - وَ رَوَى اِبْنُ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ: سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ أَخٍ لِأَبٍ وَ جَدٍّ قَالَ "اَلْمَالُ بَيْنَهُمَا سَوَاءٌ".
Hadith. 5637 - Ibn Mahbub narrated from Abdullah ibn Sinan from Abu Abdullah (as) who said: I asked Imam (as) about a paternal brother and a grandfather (in matters of inheritance). Imam (as) replied: "The inheritance is divided equally between them. "
