َمْرٌ مِنَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ وَ مِنِّي وَ لَا أَمْرَ بِمَعْرُوفٍ وَ لَا نَهْيَ عَنْ مُنْكَرٍ إِلَّا مَعَ إِمَامٍ مَعْصُومٍ
مَعَاشِرَ النَّاسِ الْقُرْآنُ يُعَرِّفُكُمْ أَنَّ الْأَئِمَّةَ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ وُلْدُهُ وَ عَرَّفْتُكُمْ أَنَّهُمْ مِنِّي وَ مِنْهُ حَيْثُ يَقُولُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَ كَلِمَةً باقِيَةً فِي عَقِبِهِ وَ قُلْتُ لَنْ تَضِلُّوا مَا إِنْ تَمَسَّكْتُمْ بِهِمَا
مَعَاشِرَ النَّاسِ التَّقْوَى التَّقْوَى وَ احْذَرُوا السَّاعَةَ كَمَا قَالَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَ إِنَّ زَلْزَلَةَ السَّاعَةِ شَيْءٌ عَظِيمٌ اذْكُرُوا الْمَمَاتَ وَ الْحِسَابَ وَ الْمَوَازِينَ وَ الْمُحَاسَبَةَ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ وَ الثَّوَابَ وَ الْعِقَابَ وَ مَنْ جَاءَ بِالْحَسَنَةِ أُثِيبَ وَ مَنْ جَاءَ بِالسَّيِّئَةِ فَلَيْسَ لَهُ فِي الْجِنَانِ نَصِيبٌ
مَعَاشِرَ النَّاسِ إِنَّكُمْ أَكْثَرُ مِنْ أَنْ تُصَافِقُونِي بِكَفٍّ وَاحِدَةٍ فِي وَقْتٍ وَاحِدٍ وَ أَمَرَنِيَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ أَنْ آخُذَ مِنْ أَلْسِنَتِكُمُ الْإِقْرَارَ بِمَا عَقَدْتُ لِعَلِيٍّ مِنْ إِمْرَةِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَ مَنْ جَاءَ بَعْدَهُ مِنَ الْأَئِمَّةِ مِنِّي وَ مِنْهُ عَلَى مَا أَعْلَمْتُكُمْ أَنَّ ذُرِّيَّتِي مِنْ صُلْبِهِ
فَقُولُوا بِأَجْمَعِكُمْ إِنَّا سَامِعُونَ مُطِيعُونَ رَاضُونَ مُنْقَادُونَ لِمَا بَلَّغْتَ عَنْ رَبِّنَا وَ رَبِّكَ فِي أَمْرِ عَلِيٍّ وَ أَمْرِ وُلْدِهِ مِنْ صُلْبِهِ مِنَ الْأَئِمَّةِ نُبَايِعُكَ عَلَى ذَلِكَ بِقُلُوبِنَا وَ أَنْفُسِنَا وَ أَلْسِنَتِنَا وَ أَيْدِينَا عَلَى ذَلِكَ نَحْيَا وَ نَمُوتُ وَ نُبْعَثُ لَا نُغَيِّرُ وَ لَا نُبَدِّلُ وَ لَا نَشُكُّ وَ لَا نَرْتَابُ وَ لَا نَرْجِعُ عَنْ عَهْدٍ وَ لَا نَنْقُضُ الْمِيثَاقَ وَ نُطِيعُ اللَّهَ
وَ عَلِيّاً أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَ وُلْدَهُ الْأَئِمَّةَ الَّذِينَ ذَكَرْتَهُمْ مِنْ ذُرِّيَّتِكَ مِنْ صُلْبِهِ بَعْدَ الْحَسَنِ وَ الْحُسَيْنِ الَّذِينَ قَدْ عَرَّفْتُكُمْ مَكَانَهُمَا مِنِّي وَ مَحَلَّهُمَا عِنْدِي وَ مَنْزِلَتَهُمَا مِنْ رَبِّي
فَقَدْ أَدَّيْتُ ذَلِكَ إِلَيْكُمْ فَإِنَّهُمَا سَيِّدَا شَبَابِ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ وَ إِنَّهُمَا الْإِمَامَانِ بَعْدَ أَبِيهِمَا عَلِيٍّ وَ أَنَا أَبُوهُمَا قَبْلَهُ فَقُولُوا أَطَعْنَا اللَّهَ بِذَلِكَ وَ إِيَّاكَ وَ عَلِيّاً وَ الْحَسَنَ وَ الْحُسَيْنَ وَ الْأَئِمَّةَ الَّذِينَ ذَكَرْتَ عَهْداً وَ مِيثَاقاً مَأْخُوذاً لِأَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ مِنْ قُلُوبِنَا وَ أَنْفُسِنَا وَ أَلْسِنَتِنَا وَ مُصَافَقَةِ أَيْدِينَا
مَنْ أَدْرَكَهُمَا بِيَدِهِ وَ أَقَرَّ بِهِمَا بِلِسَانِهِ لَا نَبْتَغِي بِذَلِكَ بَدَلًا وَ لَا نَرَى مِنْ أَنْفُسِنَا عَنْهُ حِوَلًا أَبَداً نَحْنُ نُؤَدِّي ذَلِكَ عَنْكَ الدَّانِيَ وَ الْقَاصِيَ مِنْ أَوْلَادِنَا وَ أَهَالِينَا أَشْهَدْنَا اللَّهَ وَ كَفى بِاللَّهِ شَهِيداً وَ أَنْتَ عَلَيْنَا بِهِ شَهِيدٌ وَ كُلُّ مَنْ أَطَاعَ م
alat and give the Zakat, and enjoin with the good and forbid from the evil. Indeed! And the head of the enjoining with the good and end to my-saww words, and deliver to the one who is not present instructing him with accepting him-asws and forbid from opposing him-asws. It is a Command from Allah-azwj Mighty and Majestic and from me-saww, and there is neither enjoining with the good nor forbidding from the evil except with an infallible Imam-asws. (O) Community of people! The Quran has introduced you to the Imams-asws from him-asws as being his-asws sons-asws, and made you recognise that they-asws are from me-saww and from him-asws where Allah-azwj Mighty and Majestic is Saying: And He Made it a Word to remain in his posterity, [43: 28]; and I-saww say you will never stray for as long as you adhere with these two (weighty things). (O) Community of people! The piety! The piety, and beware of the Hour, like what Allah-azwj Mighty and Majestic has Said: O you people! Fear your Lord. Surely the earthquake of the Hour is a mighty thing [22: 1]. Be mindful of the deaths, and the Reckoning, and the Scales, and the Accounting in front of Lord-azwj of the worlds, and the Rewards, and the Punishments, and one who comes with the good deed would be Rewarded, and one who comes with the evil deed, so there wouldn’t be any share for him in the Gardens. (O) Community of people! You are too many to be taking my-saww hand with one palm in one time, and Allah-azwj Mighty and Majestic Commanded me-saww to take your acceptances with your tongues, with what I-saww have tied for Ali-asws of the Emirate of the Momineen, and the ones-asws to come after him-asws of the Imams-asws, from me-saww and from him-asws, upon what I-saww am letting you know that my-saww offspring are from his-asws Sulb. Speak, all of you, ‘We are listening, obeying, agreeable, being led to what you-saww have delivered from our Lord-azwj and your-saww Lord-azwj regarding the matter of Ali-asws, and matter of his-asws sons-asws from his-asws Sulb from the Imams-asws. We pledge allegiance to you-asws upon that with our hearts, and ourselves, and our tongues, and our hands upon that. We shall live and die and will be Resurrected, we will neither change nor replace, nor doubt, nor suspect, nor retract from a pact, nor break the covenant, and we shall obey Allah-azwj. And Ali-asws is Emir of the Momineen, and his-asws sons-asws are the Imams-asws, those Allah-azwj Mentioned them from your-saww offspring from his-asws Sulb, after Al-Hassan-asws and Al-Husayn-asws, those you know of their-asws places from me-saww, and their-asws positions in my-saww presence, and their-asws status from my-saww Lord-azwj. I-saww have fulfilled that to you all, for they-asws are two chiefs of the youths of the inhabitants of the Paradise, and they-asws are both Imams-asws after their-asws father-asws Ali-asws, and I-saww am their-asws before him-asws. So, say, ‘We obey Allah-azwj with that, and you-saww, and Ali-asws, and Al-Hassan-asws and Al-Husayn-asws, and the Imams-asws, those I-saww mentioned a pact and covenant taken for Amir Al-Momineen-asws from their hearts, and our selves, and our tongues, and shaking our hands’. (The narrator) said, ‘One who comes across them-asws both with his hand and accepts them-asws with his tongue, we do not seek with that any replacement, nor do we see any transfer from it ever.
